Bienvenue à Villa Memory Lake

Cette villa sur le lac Memory, construite en 2017, ne laisse rien à désirer pour des vacances de rêve au bord de l'eau. La maison comprend 3 chambres, chacune avec un lit king-size et une salle de bains privative avec douche à l'italienne. De la salle de bain attenante à la suite junior, vous avez un accès direct à la piscine. Grâce aux hautes portes coulissantes en verre sur tout l'arrière de la maison, vous avez une vue magnifique sur le lac Memory. Les terrasses couvertes de la piscine sont également accessibles directement depuis la chambre principale et la suite junior. La cuisine moderne est bien équipée, dans la buanderie entre le garage et la cuisine, vous trouverez une machine à laver et un sèche-linge à votre disposition. Le grand salon et la salle à manger impressionnent par le beau mobilier moderne et la vue à travers les très hautes portes coulissantes en verre vers la piscine et le lac Memory. Le salon et toutes les chambres ont une télévision. Le bureau offre une retraite pour ceux qui doivent également s'occuper des affaires de leur maison de vacances. La maison dispose d'une connexion Internet, TV et téléphone. La cuisine d'été a un gril à gaz avec hotte aspirante, un réfrigérateur et un évier. L'espace piscine est pourvu d'un écran panoramique. La grande piscine avec jacuzzi et solarium vous invite à prendre un bain. Vous pourrez ensuite vous détendre sur les confortables chaises longues sur la terrasse spacieuse. Cela offre beaucoup d'atmosphère privée en raison de la belle plantation tropicale. Vous serez enchanté par l'emplacement calme et central de la Villa Memory Lake. À une courte distance, vous trouverez de nombreux restaurants et magasins pour les besoins quotidiens. Toutes les maisons de vacances BMI sont entièrement équipées avec draps et serviettes. Amazing time at Memory Lake!

This property was everything we hoped for and more. Fantastic lake view from beautiful private pool. The house was very clean and great for spending time with family. Check-in and out was easy. Great location too. Would highly recommend. The owners were very nice as well.

November Getaway

Beautiful home with all the amenities that you need. Loved the pool and the hot tub with the view of the lake. Very well maintained and very clean. Loved our stay there. Will definitely stay in this home again.

Winter Retreat

Three couples were able to break up the winter with a weeklong stay in Cape Coral. The house was superb. It was the right place for our stay.

Outstanding Home

Wonderful property!!!

A week of relaxation with good friends. Each couple had a comfortable room and private bath. We spent a lot of time outside and enjoyed the pool, hot tub and lake views! Thankyou for letting us enjoy your lively home!

Beautiful House!!

This was by far the nicest, cleanest, easiest vacation home we have ever booked. Everything you need to enjoy a perfect vacation was in the home. Iris, our property manager, was wonderful & easy to contact. Great restaurants close by. Quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend this home!

Amazing Time and Beautiful Views

Upon arrival the property was just like the pictures showed. The views and weather were beautiful. The house was very nice, well kept and very clean. The property managers were very nice and accommodating. Overall we had a wonderful experience and we would stay here again.

Relaxing and Enjoyable

This was our first time visiting Cape Coral and this property exceeded our expectations. This was a girls trip, so 3 king rooms with separate bathrooms was amazing. The property was clean, had starter supplies, and was well stocked with lots of towels and kitchen items. The location was a good proximity to visit the beach, but we enjoyed the house and view so much we hardly left! Thanks for a great stay!

Time Stood Still

We enjoyed our stay at Memory Lake! It was exactly as advertised, and then some! We spent majority of our time in the pool area! The house was clean, and had great amenities. It was such a relaxing environment, and conveniently located near food, shopping, and beaches! We look forward to returning next year!

Excellent and clean property!!! We stayed here for 2 weeks in August for a Family Get Away Trip to hole up and relax from all the chaos. I did not disappoint and we can not wait to be back to this beautiful property that has everything you need!!

Amazing Property!

The home was just beautiful...from the layout to the beautiful outdoor space including the pool! We really appreciated the large bedrooms and bathrooms. The office was also very helpful as some had to work remotely during our trip. The property management staff were very attentive ensuring that everything was in order and answering any questions we had. Highly recommend this property!

Beautiful Home and Pool

The house has everything you could ask for. It’s clean, the kitchen is fully stocked, they have a great starter set of toiletries, and the outside pool/jacuzzi/entertaining area was fantastic! We spent the majority of our time poolside. The pool was very warm so if you travel during colder months you will still be able to enjoy it. It truly was one of the best homes we’ve rented.

Loved this house!

My husband, 2 teenage children and myself had a great week at this house! The pool/outdoor area is perfect! We did have a few issues but the property owners were very quick to respond and take care of everything. The house had everything we needed for the week, fully equipped kitchen, pool floats, fishing poles and everything you need for a day at the beach! Would definitely recommend this house to anyone!

Family vacation

It was my first experience with in-person check in for vrbo rentals. And it was amazing. House is perfect. Everything looks the same as on the pictures. All clean, everything there is on the kitchen (even smoothie maker). Totally recommend!

Beautiful home, we had a great stay here. Wasn't a big fan of the in person check in with a lady from the property management company, we had to postpone getting our day started to wait for her arrival, but she was nice when she got there so it wasn't a big deal. Also be aware that you have to pay them for your electric you used during your stay, I got charged 86 after we left which I felt was slightly excessive for what we used, but it is what it is. They were responsive and professional, and the home was awesome. As far as the location, it was perfect for us too. I recommend this home for anyone looking for a beautiful vacation in Cape Coral. We would absolutely stay here again and probably will. Thank you
