This home located on the shore of Lake Hatcher where some of the best lake fishing in Pagosa is found. 4 bedroom / 2.5 bathroom, sleeps 9. 180+ degree unobstructed lake view, adjacent to green space which is perfect for a picnic and access to the lake for ice or summer fishing. This house has a fenced in yard for the furry ones (2 dog max). The kitchen is fully stocked with lots of extras. New Hot Tub just added!

On the main level is the large living room and formal dining area, both with amazing lake views, which is just off the kitchen with a breakfast nook and casual family room with sliding doors to the back deck. The main level also has a half bath, large laundry room, 2 car garage and an office with a single person fold out sleeping chair. The living room has a wood burning stove and the family room has a gas fireplace. There are views with each main room.

Take the custom stairscase upstairs where you will find the master bedroom with king bed, large bathroom and walk in closet all overlooking the lake. Down the hall are 3 more bedrooms. One with a queen bed and the other 2 each having 2 twin beds (one of the rooms "the kids cave" has a twin trundle bed set up). These 3 bedrooms share a full bathroom. Each of the bedrooms have black out shades and a very nicely furnished. The Kids Cave has a large TV and is a perfect room to play games and hang out.

This house has high speed internet, is close to numerous hiking and biking trails, cross country skiing and is 10 minutes from shopping, dining and the recreation center.

All trailers, RV's, campers or other recreation vehicles must be approved prior to arrival to be allowed on premises.

This home is pet friendly. 2 dog max. Please contact us for details and fees. The pet fee is 75.00 per dog, as well as a refundable 100.00 per dog as well.

There is no swimming allowed in the lake
