The River Rose is located in a private and very peaceful river side community. Conveniently located only 20 minutes from the Wolf Creek Ski Area and 7 minutes from shopping and restaurants. Enjoy the relaxing sound of the river while sitting on the back porch. Steps away from the back porch enjoy some of the best trout fishing in Colorado, kayaking, tubing or rafting. Gather with family and friends around the fire pit near the river. Prepare a home cooked meal in the full kitchen with all of your cooking needs. There is an outdoor grill on the covered back porch. Stay warm and cozy next to the fireplace. The two car garage makes it nice on a snowy or rainy day.

Pagosa Springs has so much to offer during your stay. Enjoy the hot springs, hiking, rafting, fishing, golfing, mountain biking and ATV trail riding. During the winter hit the slopes at the Wolf Creek Ski Area, which has the most snow in Colorado.

Great home in a great location. Easy access to the ski area and Pagosa springs. Well stocked kitchen with all appliances and necessary cooking items. Backyard was a great space with access to the river.

The whole family loved this cabin. Great value, liked TV, bathrooms, garage, mud room, heated floors, kitchen space, and furniture. Beds were great and felt newish. Nice riverfront view. Ideally located for ski slopes to reduce traffic.

Great house and a great location! Everything worked and was up to date, plenty to do in the area and at the house. Easy to get to the slopes or to town. Had two there families but never felt like we are on top of each other, everyone had plenty of space.

Great place!

This was a great house for my family on our ski vacation. Kitchen was spacious. Dining table was big enough where we could all eat or play games. The beds were all comfortable. No complaints at all. We would all definitely stay here again.

Awesome accomodations!

This is the second time we have stayed at Riverfront Home. The property was clean and had everything we needed. With the rains the SJR was constantly flowing and produced a wonderful and calming ambient sound. We will be coming again!! Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home!!!

Great house!

The house was everything we expected from the listing and honestly exceeded our expectations. Very roomy and well stocked! It is tucked away in the neighborhood which actually is a plus and more relaxing. Can be a little difficult to access in winter as the house is on a dead end street and didn’t appear to be plowed but our vehicles could still navigate the road pretty well. Overall a great stay and would definitely recommend to others!

2 Family Ski Trip

House was exactly as expected and what we needed for our spring break ski trip. We really like the location as it’s one of the closest neighborhoods to Wolf Creek. We were 2 families: 3 adults, 2 college kids, 2 high schoolers. Three baths was perfect. The weather was nice enough for us to have a drink on the back porch and enjoy the river, sunset colors, and snow. Great memories for all!

San Juan River Gem

Another terrific visit to Pagosa Springs. We LOVE this neighborhood! This is the 3rd time we've rented here since 2019 - 2nd time we've rented this same home. Perfect location for fly fishing and enjoying all that the Pagosa Springs area offers. House was extremely clean and is well-appointed. I received a quick response from the owner when I had a question. Obviously...we'll rent again.

Wonderful

The property is newer and just lovely inside. It actually has 4 rooms they don't count one of the rooms with a full size bottom bunk and top twin bunk as a bedroom because it doesn't have a closet! IT was a nice bonus for us :) We ended up having room for my sister who decided last minute to come out.

The communication was very little but that was ok for me.The Amenities were great 4 bedrooms 3 bathrooms. Very nice. Everything was clean and neat. the house was roomy and very nice view of the river.

We love this house on the river!

We love this house. It’s right on the San Juan River, We could walk out the back gate and fish. Priceless! There are 3 bedrooms with comfy king size beds in each;, 3 full bathrooms, and a bonus bedroom with a double bunk bed that our grandchildren loved. The kitchen has everything you need. There’s a nice grill and a fire pit with seating. One of my favorite things was the landscaping and beautiful flowers. It was super clean and the owner was very kind and helpful. Highly recommend.

Winter Wonderland

This home was better then what we expected. The neighborhood is gorgeous! The house was clean , plenty big enough for our family. It had everything we needed and more. Aaron and Chandra were great to work with and quick to respond. We would definitely come back to this home.
