Alpenstadt Lodge, Family and Friends

The house is located in Bludenz, very close to the medival city town and with a strategic position, close to supermarkets, backeries, sports ativities and nature. the road in front of the house is private which allow piece and quiet.
in front of the house there is a private parking space for 4 to 5 cars. Entering the ground floor there is a big entrance with the possibilities to leave shoes and jackets. At the ground floor there is a full bath a big kitchen, a living and dining area connected to a winter garden and direct access to the garden with private pool, playground for the kids, outside sitting area with views on the mountains and a grill for the nice days. on this level there is also a bedroom with a queen size bed.
On the first floor there are 4 bedrooms two batthrooms one with shower and the other with shower and tub. there is also a half bathroom with a toilet.

in the -1 floor, there is the laundry room with 2 washing maschines and 2 dryer. there is also wellness are with a Sauna (hot or steam), a Shower with hydrojets and a nice double chaiselounge to chill and relax.
The house is perfect for all seasons and all weathers, it is child friendly and the perfect start for hicking, skiing, biking or just enjoy the regions and lots of activities and restaurants.
