We love our home away from home and are ready to share it with others when we are not able to enjoy it ourselves!
Just a few steps down to the water where you can have your boat docked for a day on the lake (please check online water levels http://granbury.lakesonline.com/Level/, due to everchanging conditions). 3 Minutes from De Cordova Bend Dam Park, 7 min to Revolver Brewery, 10 minutes to De Cordova Bend Golf Course, 10 minutes to Acton Nature Center, 20 minutes to Historic Downtown Granbury where you will find plenty of entertainment, shopping ,dining and festivals.

I can’t say enough good things about this property. It has everything you could think of. These owners have went above and beyond expectations of a rental property. It is exactly as described plus some. Would definitely stay again when in grandbury. Wished I could have stayed longer just to enjoy all this place has to offer.

Peaceful paradise on July 4th

We absolutely enjoyed our stay here on Lake Granbury at Emerys Escape We Caught catfish just a few steps from the back door. The hot tub was a huge bonus to relax and enjoy after a long day of shopping. We can’t wait to return.

Great house

The house was so nice on the inside and outside. The back porch was great to relax on while some were in the hot tub. There was a large covered place to park. I would stay here again for sure!

Karen and I had been looking for water front properties where we could spend our weekends for quite some time when we stumbled across this fixer upper. We took it on with great excitement to give it new life and for it to be what it is today. We enjoy it so much, we decided to share it with others! Karen has been working as a Realtor for over 7 years and loves helping others buy and sell properties. I work in North Arlington as a Facilities Supervisor after selling Ford Parts for 30 years. As we celebrate 35 years of marriage with 2 children, their spouses and 6 grandkids we find ourselves loving every minute we have on the water! Our goal is for you to enjoy your time spent here enough to refer family and friends to stay at Emery's Escape too. We are asking for you to give us a 5 star rating and a positive review!

Emery's Escape is minutes away from everything with tons of amenities for a quiet getaway, a romantic weekend, a full vacation spot, a guy's golfing /fishing trip, a girl's shopping weekend, or just hang with family in a different spot than home or hotel. Full Kitchen set up, 3/2 1650 sq ft home with hot tub, back deck, fire pit, fishing pier, yard space to run and play. Grill your steaks and drink your wine inside or out - take your pic depending on the weather. Located on a canal, you are a few minutes boat ride to open water. Bring your own boat or rent one on the lake and tie it up to the seawall during your stay. De Cordova Dam Park is 2 miles away with swimming, free camping and fishing pier in addition to free boat launching. Our friends have given such great feedback, we know you will love it too!
