- No smoking anywhere on the property - Pet friendly w/ $109 fee (+ fees & taxes, 1 max). $29/night for each guest over quantity of 10. - No events, parties, or large gatherings - Must be at least 25 years old to book - Additional fees and taxes may apply - Photo ID may be required upon check-in - NOTE: Access to this home requires 3 steps to enter and multiple sets of stairs to reach the wraparound deck and lake which may be difficult for guests with limited mobility. However, 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, and the multi-level deck are available on the main floor - NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features 4 exterior security cameras. Camera 1 is a Ring doorbell device with an exterior security camera facing the front outdoor entry. Cameras 2 & 3 are located on the garage, facing outward toward the driveway. Camera 4 overlooks the dock area. The cameras do not look into any interior spaces. The cameras actively record video when motion is detected by the devices (including devices linked to the camera such as the alarm system’s motion detector) or when the video doorbell button is pressed.
-NOTE: Guests are allowed to tie their boat up to the side of the dock during their stay. The boat slip and lift is not available for guest use.
-NOTE: Guests are prohibited from getting on or tampering with the owner’s boat in any way. There is a $500 minimum fee if a guest is found getting on or tampering with the owner’s boat plus the cost of any damages.
