Mountain Modern Luxury Home with stunning mountain views from every room. This 6 bedroom, 6.5 bath is located in the most unique community in all of Big Sky. Cascade Ridge is a small development situated on top of a hillside overlooking Big Sky Resort Mountain Village and in direct view of Lone Peak, as well as 360-degree views of all surrounding mountain ranges. With ski-in/out access and a private lodge just steps away, this home makes the perfect mountain retreat for families and friends looking for the full experience Big Sky has to offer - winter and summer.
This home features vaulted ceilings with a main level open floorplan connecting the great room, dining area, wet bar, and kitchen, it's a perfect space for evening gatherings with everyone. Generous sized decks on the main and lower level are the ideal way to soak in the true mountain scenery.
This property, professionally decorated and released for rental in late 2022, is an ideal fit for multiple families and sleeps up to 14 comfortably in its 4,400 sq ft of living space. It features 2 luxurious master bedrooms, both on the upper level. They each have a king size bed and include a walk-in closet. Ensuite baths are complete with steam showers, dual shower heads and multiple jets, a soaking tub, double sink vanity, and water closet. The main level bedroom features a queen bed and ensuite bath with a closet, double vanity, shower and water closet. The lower level has 3 bedrooms all with ensuite baths. There is a queen, double twin, and a bunk room. The custom twin bunk beds sleep 4 and have cubbies containing reading lights and USB ports in each bunk. The open air media room is also located on the lower level. The media room allows guests to spread out and offers a comfy sofa with flat screen television and Sonos sound bar.
The house features a well-stocked kitchen with high-end stainless appliances, custom cabinetry, and a large center island with stools. The dining area features panoramic mountain views and opens to a large deck for you enjoy some of the best views in Big Sky.
Radiant heat keeps this home toasty warm in the winter, but it also boasts a wood burning fireplace in the great room and gas fireplaces in both master bedrooms for added mountain ambience.
The home features a complete AV system throughout the house for convenient control of the window shades, wi-fi, lighting system, and music/tv.
The double entryway is complete with designer lockers offering ample storage for all your coats and boots. There are also 2 boot dryers in the garage for up to 24 pairs of boots.
It is conveniently located near Cascade Ridge's private Lodge which includes amenities such as ski in/out access, ski lockers, boot dryers, heated indoor/outdoor pool, hot tub, game room, library, great room, and complimentary beer and wine bar starting at 4pm. Rental of the home includes full access to the Lodge.
Lodge access is restricted to a total of 12 people or 12 âadult equivalentsâ OCCUPYING the home. In computing âadult equivalentsâ, children 14 and under are counted as 2 children equaling 1 adult. Groups larger than 12 âadult equivalentsâ will not be allowed to use the Lodge.
Lodge operational season dates:
