We had a really lovely time at the cabin on Lily Lake. It was very clean and the living spaces were comfortable. There were a few times we weren’t sure where to find a few things (trash bags, garbage/recycling cans, but we either found them after looking around more or emailed Liz, who was very responsive. The hot tub was a great addition to our vacation. Overall we would stay again.

Great, well-stocked cottage in a peaceful location. Everything you need in the kitchen, lots of towels and extra blankets. Hot tub was great. The area around the dock is full of lily pads so it's not great for swimming or fishing, but once you get past the weeds the water is great. We had a very relaxing stay.

Just as advertised! Comfy beds and well stocked kitchen. Loved the hot tub. GREAT communication…probably the best I’ve experienced with VRBO. So much to do in the area too.

Week getaway

My husband and 1 year old golden retriever Cooper really enjoyed the relaxing week at this cabin! The rental was well equipped and we really enjoyed paddleboarding on the lake. Nice, quiet location with beautiful views! Highly recommend!

Great girls weekend get away!

We rented Liz’s property for a relaxing weekend away from kids, jobs, and responsibilities. It was exactly what we needed! The property was exactly as described, Liz was a very communicative host, and the hot tub and location were amazing! We all had a great time and would rent again any time!

Great house on the water

The house was great for our stay. We loved the hottub and the views. We used the kids kayaks and paddleboard quite a bit. Our hostess was great at answering questions. Only drawback was lily pads all over made it hard to swim.

Great Getaway for the Family

Enjoyed our stay at Lily Lake! The house was clean, comfortable, plenty of space, and all the amenities we needed. Loved the balcony overlooking the lake/dock. This is just what our family was looking for and giving us the time to slow down, relax, and enjoy peaceful surroundings. Our dog loved the access to the lake as well! Definitely would recommend this property for anyone looking for a quiet, beautiful place to relax and enjoy time with family and friends.

Great summer week.

Everything was great. Has a large parking area which was nice for us as we brought a 24 ft trailer snd crew cab truck eith side by sides on it. Very nice accomidations with everything possible you need to do any cooking. Will be staying here again. Only down side was there were plenty of lily pads around the dock area.

Check in was great. Daystone Cottage was wonderfully outfitted with dishwater, cookware, toilet essentials, etc. Kitchen was well appointed with towels, oven mits, and kitchen implements. Fridge had sparkling beverages and other beverages. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Plenty of space for the 7 of us to stay. Games on sight were great entertainment for the family. Couldn’t have had a better week. Will definitely book again.

Brother in Law Gathering

I chose this place for a cabin weekend getaway for my brother, soon to be brother in laws, and some friends. Liz was an amazing host and very responsive to all questions I had. The place was perfect and in a great location on a smaller quiet lake. We brought a boat and had great luck fishing for bass, northern, crappie, and sunfish. Overall a wonderful place in a great location which I’d recommend to others.

5 star Cabin Stay!

This cabin was absolutely beautiful! 5 star reviews! The cabin was so clean and had many amenities— kitchen was fully stocked, extra towels, cleaning supplies, sunscreen, etc. The dock and sandy beach were great for our pontoon and for the kiddos to enjoy beach toys. We loved the hot tub as well! The host was great and so easy to communicate with. Thank you for having such an amazing cabin and for being a great host! We will be back soon!

Retired old men fishing trip.

Extremely well equipped kitchen, bathrooms, deck and furniture. Hot tub looked inviting, but with temperature in the 90s we didn’t take advantage. With living areas and bedrooms on both the main floor and basement you can really “spread out.” Fantastic experience. Will be my first choice when getting back to this area.

Nice Little Cabin on Quiet Lake

This is a cozy cabin on a small quiet lake and is on a quiet dead-end road. It is fully stocked (even some extra items in case you forgot something!). The deck was wonderful - new, with great views of the lake! The lower-level with the sectional was a nice place to hang out in the evenings after playing all day. I believe that the lake is called Lily Lake because there are tons of lilies. The entire perimeter lake is pretty weedy. We were not able to swim at the cabin - we had to go to the boat launch (note, there is no dock at the launch). The cabin's beach area could be amazing if it was cleaned up - we made it work, but if you have little kids and wanted to play in the beach all day, right now this isn't the best place for it. We were there the last week in August and the lake was really quiet! We were able to take the kids out tubing and had the lake to ourselves. It is small, so if there were a lot of boats, it could be a little tricky out on the water (there is a no-wake time from 5 pm - 10 am which made the mornings and evenings nice and quiet). The property was nice for yard games and the bonfire pit was great - the wood was provided. There were quite a few bars/restaurants not far from the property too. We had a great time!
