We are right down the street from Coachella and Stagecoach. Only a short uber from the Indian Wells Tennis Tournaments, not too far from downtown Palm Springs with the nightlife and highly rated restaurants and centrally located to multiple other activities. Multiple grocery stores close by including Walmart Neighborhood Grocery, Smart and Final, Ralphs and Costco!!! All the appliances and cooking utensils you need to prepare a feast is in the well stocked kitchen. Pots, pans, instapot, rice cooker, slow cooker, vitamix, etc are all there. Serving trays, baking sheets etc make it easy to cook for 10+ and if you forget anything, there are multiple stores around.

For the days you don’t feel like cooking, there are all levels of restaurants close by from fast food, fast casual, breakfast and brunch and fine dining...they're all minutes away.

The lot is large (larger than 1/4 acre) with multiple seating areas so you’ll never feel cramped. The pool and hot tub can be heated for a fee and during the really warm days there’s even a chiller that can cool and make the water feel refreshing.
