Westport is just a 15-minute walk or a quick 5-minute Uberâwhere the fun never ends. Play billiards at Harryâs Bar & Tables, foosball at Buzzard Beach, or light up the night at Fidelâs Cigar Shop.
From grocery stores, restaurants, and bars to boutiques, yoga studios, and gyms, everything you need is right around the corner. Itâs the perfect blend of convenience, culture, and Kansas City charm.
The neighborhood is quiet and we truly love and respect our neighborhood so we don't allow any parties or large gatherings at our properties. There will be a $700 fine assessed to any guest that does not follow this policy. We appreciate you respecting our home and neighborhood.
*Electric car charging station is less than a block and a half away
Guests will have access to the entire house except for the basement. The washer and dryer are on the first floor so access to the basement is not needed.
The Westport Manor was designed with every traveler in mindâa space where thoughtful touches and luxury amenities come together to create a true Kansas City experience. Weâve considered every detail to ensure a seamless and stylish stay for each and every guest.
Living Room:
This cozy and inviting space opens directly into the large dining area, which features seating for up to 10 guestsâperfect for shared meals, game nights, or casual lounging. Board games are provided for your enjoyment, and a large Smart TV makes it easy to log into your favorite streaming apps and unwind after a day of exploring.
Bathrooms:
Our full-size bathrooms are stocked with Tommy Bahama luxury bath products, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion. Each guest will receive one large bath towel and one washcloth, along with dark makeup towels for added convenience.
Kitchen:
The newly remodeled and fully equipped kitchen is a chefâs dreamâperfect for cooking up gourmet meals. Prefer to skip the cooking? Let us know and weâll be happy to coordinate a private chef experience so you can sit back and relax. Whether you're planning a family-style dinner or a lively game night with friends, this space delivers in both function and charm.
Second Floor Bedrooms:
Four of the homeâs five spacious bedrooms are located on the second floor, along with a large bathroom featuring double sinks and a luxurious walk-in shower. Two of these rooms offer king-size beds, and the other two feature queen-size bedsâall made up with hotel-quality bedding, ample storage, and ultra-comfy linens.
Third Floor Master Suite:
Your private retreat awaits on the top floor. The master suite boasts a king-size bed, Smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. It's the perfect escape after a day of adventure or exploration.
Laundry:
A full-size washer and dryer are located just off the kitchen on the first floor, making mid-stay refreshes convenient and easy.
Outdoor Space:
Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail on the grand front porch with comfortable seating, or head to the fully fenced backyardâa perfect space for pets and outdoor relaxation.

This protection plan is $45 for all stays under 29 nights, and is included in the cost of your booking. Stays 30-59 nights will be required to pay an additional insurance premium of $305 directly on our website. Stays longer than 59 nights will be separately charged for damage protection extension at the rate of $130/30 days. Please note, guest screening is also required for any bookings made through VRBO or direct. Once your booking is confirmed, you will be contacted by Safely to complete an identity verification before your reservation date for any direct or VRBO bookings.
*MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT - Guests must be at least 25 years old to book a Cozy in KC property.
* PARTIES - All gatherings must be limited to 12, this is monitored and guests violating this rule will be charged a mandatory $700 fine. NO EVENTS OR PARTIES ALLOWED.
* PETS - We do allow pets with host approval. If you are planning on bringing a pet please notify us once you complete your booking. There is a $75 fee for one pet or $125 for two that is collected once the booking is confirmed and paid in full. (Guests are required to pick up after their pet host provides dog bag stations). There is a fenced yard and the area is perfect for walking.

*CANCELLATION POLICY - Guests can receive a full refund minus processing fees (approximately 4%) if they cancel up to 5 days before check in. No refund will be provided if cancelling less than 5 days before check in.
