The house was AMAZING and beautiful. Everything was well stocked and we didnt need for anything. Lots of board games and things to keep the kids entertained. The pool table was a hit. The neighborhood is reallt quiet. Most definitely will be renting this house again when we come back.

Great house. Lots of room for seating, they enjoyed the pool table. Very quiet neighborhood. Kitchen could use a can opener. I usually pack my seasonings, cooking spray etc and generally don’t need it. I didn’t pack it this time and I had to go purchase it all. Would stay here again.

The property was in a good location. It was clean, it was spacious, it was 5 of us and we had plenty of room. it was awesome. It was cold. Couldn't find the thermostat. Called Cody he told us where and how to turn it on. It was quite unique how to operate it( technology). My sisters and I really enjoyed Cody's amazing home.

The house is very nice, clean, and newer home. Quiet neighborhood. Furniture and beds are comfortable. TV’s are good. Only things that weren’t ideal is the curtain situation in the master bathroom shower (tends to want to blow in towards you when showering and have to be careful not to let water on the floor) and the toilets are standard and not elongated. Neither are probably even a thought to a normal sized person, but I’m a bigger guy and used to having better accommodations at home. Otherwise everything was great. We spent 4 nights and went to Kaufman and Arrowhead for 3 nights. Easy drive to the stadiums.

We had an incredible family vacation and enjoyed having everyone stay at a house together. The home was clean and well maintained. I wish there were more seats at the kitchen table, but we made it work. Some of the beds were very firm, which was not our preference, but overall we had a wonderful stay.

Really enjoyed the stay!

Super clean. Well maintained. Host was quick with the responses. One suggestion, however. The room with the bunks had the vent underneath the beds making that room quite stuffy. Could use a ceiling fan. Otherwise, buy a cheap fan from Walmart to circulate the air. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!!!

Great accommodation

The property was very clean and spacious. The neighhood was quiet and well kept. Eventhough our visit was for a family member funeral, this home worked well for my family. Cody was very responsive to my communications. I recommend this property to anyone travelling with adult family members. Will stay again when visiting under different circumstances. Loved everything about the place. Location is easy access to Interstates and local water parks.

Beautiful House. Great Location

My sister and I came down for a weekend of thrifting and antique stores. House is centrally located to various parts of town. The house is amazing. It so clean and open. It has a very relaxing feel! Host was great. The beds were so comfortable. This will definitely be in my return to list!

Excellent property!

This is my second stay in this house and it was just as great as the first stay. Everything is clean and well cared for, located in a quiet neighborhood, close to everything you need. The owners are very responsive and accommodating. My kids want to live here lol!
