Wailea Ekahi #2-E is an attractively appointed, fully air-conditioned, 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit. The kitchen is equipped with stainless appliances, granite countertops, custom cabinets, and an induction cooktop. The spacious lanai provides gorgeous ocean views so you can enjoy dinner or cocktails while watching a legendary Maui sunset. A king bed and flat-screen TV await you in the master bedroom. The spacious living room features a large-screen television. The new sofa pulls out into a queen-size bed with a 5" memory foam mattress. Beach chairs, beach towels, an umbrella, a wagon, a cooler, boogie boards, and snorkel sets are supplied for your outdoor adventures. BBQ grills are not allowed on individual unit lanais in compliance with fire code restrictions. Wailea Ekahi features six community grilling stations around the property available to guests. Beachfront pavilion with pool, BBQ area, and fitness with free weights and cardio machines. The unit offers amazing views of Molokini Crater, Kahoolawe, and Lanai islands and is a short walk to beautiful Keawakapu Beach. Sleeps 4.

Wailea Ekahi Village is a 34-acre beachfront complex. The beautifully manicured grounds offer enchanted walking paths to the beach. Hang out at Keawakapu Beach in front of the village, play paddle tennis or shuffleboard, or swim in one of our four swimming pools--one of which is an oceanfront pool with a pavilion and BBQ grills. The pavilion is a gorgeous space to gather with friends or just hang out. Features include a modern open kitchen, BBQ grills, fitness center, table seating both shaded and sunny, a book lending library, and showers with changing room for pool users. The famous Wailea Beach Walk passes directly in front of Wailea Ekahi Village and leads to more beaches, shops, and restaurants. Wailea Resort offers golf courses and tennis.

Rating Details: The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The kitchen and family rooms were nicely updated. The view was gorgeous. However the rest of the unit was dirty. The hall bathroom was not cleaned. The sink had gunk in it, and the shower had a lot of mold. The master bath also had mold. All the walls in the rooms that have not been updated need to be painted. They are marked up and dirty.I had to wash the bathroom towels because they smelled like mildew.

The grounds are so beautiful and close to all the big hotels, where you can walk to have nice dinners. The living room view and deck were spectacular. The bathrooms need to be updated, and the master bed mattress was very soft. The kitchen was nice and had everything you could possibly want. The air conditioners were okay but not super cold since this unit gets direct sun. Overall, we enjoyed are stay at Ekahi Wailea. The management was good and responded to our needs.

The views are incredible, steps from the main pool/beach. The condo stacked well enough for 3-4 people to stay and very clean! Some parts of this great unit are getting ready for renovation but overall we had a great time and definitely want to come back.

Nice condo

It was clean, had all the kitchen items one needed, had a beautiful view. Didn't find the umbrellas until we were leaving and it rained 3 times. I have been to the Ekahi over 20 times and never saw rain! Otherwise, all was perfect.

Great view, well-sized unit!

I stayed here for a conference. Lots of space, great view, and extremely well-stocked with anything you could need. I had an issue with the internet not working the first day, but the host was responsive and we got it resolved.

The perfect stay

This condo has everything you could possibly want as a couple or even a small family. Beautiful ocean views and sunsets, huge patio, air conditioning, a few steps to multiple pools and a great beach, and a very short drive (or walk if you’re up for it) to shopping and restaurants. We will definitely be staying here next time we’re in Maui!

Excellent condo in a great location!

I love staying at Ekahi Villlage, and have stayed at several different condos in the community. I was excited when this unit became available for a short trip. The condo itself was probably the cleanest I’ve ever seen in any condo rental previously. Super impressive. The kitchen was well stocked with just about everything you could need to cook, including a metal spatula, which in my world is a huge bonus. Bedroom is very large, my parents did say maybe the mattress could be replaced or flipped, but otherwise not bad. The pull out sofa bed is brand new, and quite comfy for a sofa bed, I’m 45 years old and slept like a baby on it. There is also a Murphy bed in a strange spot in between the laundry space and bathroom, it had a comfy mattress as well, so if you needed extra sleeping arrangements, there are technically 3 beds, you just can’t access the 2nd bathroom if the Murphy bed is open. Two bathrooms, some updates but nothing too fancy. I appreciated having a blow dryer in the bathroom, even though I only used it once. Living area has new furniture and it is very cozy, large tv, nice dining area. Lanai is very large with great furniture as well, and lets just talk about that view….this view is worth every penny you’ll spend here. You can see all the way from Molokini to the West Maui mountains, and all ocean in between. There is a pool directly across the road, it’s not heated just FYI. There is a heated pool at the pavilion, which is a short walk downhill from this unit, as well as the beach access. The walk back up can be tough if you have mobility issues, but not bad at all for everyone else. The one thing I will say though, is that don’t plan on getting an early check-in. When I booked I noticed there was a night in between the prior renter and my check in, so I asked in advance if it would be possible to check in early, we came over from Oahu around 11am. The folks at Rentals Maui told me to call the day of check in to see, which I did once we landed. They told me it wasn’t ready yet, but they would call me when it was. After a couple of chats back and forth, and stalling as much as we could, we headed down. I arrived at 2pm and saw nobody in the unit, but was still told it wasn’t ready, so we waited and saw nobody coming or going. Finally got in at 3:42. Thanks for the 18 free minutes I guess! Just know they probably won’t let you in early, even if the condo is empty the day prior! Overall, I loved it and will stay again!!
