This place is about 30 min drive from airport located in the same tourist resort town as the Disney Aulani resort. The whole area is well maintained and safe to walk around. About 5 min drive to lagoons. The house was clean with central AC. Host Dee was pretty quick to respond. Close proximity to shops and restaurant of Kapolei.

Earl, the ops manager for the property, was very responsive to a variety of questions when we first checked in. In addition, we had an issue with the pack 'n play - he came to the property and fixed the issue... and then visited with us, providing answers to multiple questions about the area.

Pam was very responsive and flexible. The unit was very clean. The starter supplies of toiletries and kitchen supplies like dishwashing liquid pods, paper towels etc, was very nice as were the snacks. Great location. We had a wonderful time. Thank you for a great stay.

WOW- Great Stay

This was a great place for my family and myself to enjoy Hawaii - Golf, Swimming and sight seeing all at our fingertips. Home was great plenty of room and the experience and memories will last a lifetime.

Family friendly rental in good location

Great communication, excellent location (1.2 miles from closest lagoon), perfect for families. We were planning on cooking each morning/night, but the kitchen was a bit under-equipped for our needs. The hosts were very responsive and brought us what we asked for right away! We would stay here again, thank you!

Ko’olina for the win

Our family of 5 enjoyed this space and the community of Ko’olina. The lagoon beaches were relaxing and an easy walk. Sunsets are not to be missed. The pool was fabulous as well. It was a little bit of a distance to some sights, but we much preferred the relaxation to the crowds of downtown.

Nice location

Wonderful location, responsive host. Beds were comfortable. The neighbours were all friendly. The only thing that would have been nice is pool access- I had used a VRBO filter specifically for a pool, which brought up the property, but upon staying a few days and seeing no access, we discovered it was for resident use only, which was very disappointing: my father, who sometimes needs a wheel chair, could have used the pool- unlike the ocean, which required walking through sand- and parking was very limited at the lagoons.

Townhouse and location was great. Disappointed not being able to use the pool because of being a “non resident” of the community. This should be disclosed in description. If we would have known that prior to booking, it would have influenced our decision on booking. Communication with host was good.

This condo was amazing. We are a family of 5 and stayed 12 days. The owner or management were super responsive and accommodating. They often just checked in with us digitally. We valued the space, laundry, kitchen, and free parking. The 3rd and 4th Ko’Olina lagoons were a mile walk. Super easy with kids 9, 10, and 12 years old. There is also free parking by each lagoon but those fill up quickly. There is paid parking all day at the marina near by as well. There is an ABC store, some restaurants, and a little shopping right in Ko’Olina. But Kapolei is a 15 minute drive and has bigger grocery stores, regular stores, and plenty of restaurants. The only down side to the location is being 45 minutes to downtown Honolulu but we knew that going in and considered the driving a necessary trade off. I would absolutely rent this condo again. It made the whole trip much better than renting two hotel rooms. Thank you so much!!

Ohana Time

This was the perfect place for my Ohana. Close to relatives, and the walk to the beaches was close. We were very familiar with the area, although GPS placed us on the other side of the street, we eventually found the property. We really liked that each of us had our own rooms and that the property was equipped with all the amenities of home. Definitely one of my favorite places to stay. Mahalo nui loa.

Family Trip to Ko Olina

Second time staying in Ko Olina. We love the location especially with kids. First time at this property and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Check in was a breeze and communication with host was great throughout the entire stay. The condo is not located on beach or waterfront as shown in the initial listing map. However, there was a nice neighborhood pool and was also within two to five driving minutes of several lagoons. Some small appliance issues during our stay but the host went out of the way to help accommodate our family.
