This property was just as listed. There was plenty of space for me and my girlfriend’s for our girls trip. It was very clean had very nice furnishings. The location was great for us. The only thing missing was a full length mirror. This Condo had everything we needed plus some.

Cute and clean condo in a great location!

This condo unit was so incredibly clean and had all the amenities 4 adults and two kids needed for a week at the beach. Beds are comfortable, patio facing the ocean was perfect and the location is near a plethora of shops, restaurants and grocery stores. We loved our time spent here!

The condo is beautifully furnished and clean. Great access to the beach and an awesome view from the balcony. Owners are very prompt with responses and provided all info for an easy checkin. Will definitely stay again.

You were our first guest, we purchased the property in February and had to do lots of painting and redecorating. My wife Maria and I made several trips to Garden City from of home in Greer South Carolina. Our housekeepers said you folks left the condo in great shape(thank you) Maria & Michael Waldrop We also have a one bedroom in Myrtle Beach at Roxanne towers its listed with VRBO also, the property ID is 956657
