Plan your winter and ski vacation in the mountains! Lots of fall and winter things to do! Enjoy our 2600+ sq fr of space plenty of space on 3 levels to spread our for large groups! 2 master suites 1 on first floor and 1 on 2nd. There are 3 steps to enter house but then no steps required for first floor master suite including bathroom
Large garage
Direct access to snow mobile trails in winter
We are directly across from club house with all the amenities.
There 4 bedrooms plus daybed on the loft and a sofa in the finished basement
We have 3 TV’s with access to Netflix etc. we have shelves full of board games to keep everyone occupied
Enjoy the clubhouse across the road with indoor and outdoor pool. Hot tub, grilling area, tennis, basketball and volleyball courts hiking trails close by. Haystack trailhead is .7 miles from the front door. Close by areas for kayaking etc

15 mins to Mt Snow. 30 mins to Stratton Mt. 10 mins to downtown Wilmington. 10 mins to Public boat dock. 20-30 mins to great picnic areas at Lake Harriman So Much More To Do

Excellent spot for Mt Snow

Great digs. Owner was great and responsive. Place was charming and had great space and everything we needed for an enjoyable weekend.

Ski weekend at Mt. Snow

Place very nice, cozy. Fit us all easily (6 adults, 5 kids). Clubhouse convenient. Host very responsive, kind. Would stay there again

Winter Get Away

The weather was cold, windy, and snowy but the house was perfect for our family and the host was quick to respond to any questions. We will definitely return.

Great location!

This house was a perfect size for our trip. It was in a great location close to two small towns. It was close to MT snow as well. The kids loved the club house and the bunk beds. The house was neat and clean.

Great House to Rent!

My family and I loved renting this home for a second time! Plenty of room, several bathrooms and bedrooms, nice kitchen! Everyone loves it! It's also very close to the recreation center for ping pong, swimming, games, etc.

Vermont Family Getaway

Huge house with lots of space that despite all the family there we were never on top of one another. Right across the street from the clubhouse so we would simply walk over to use the amenities. Owner was very helpful and was responsive when needed.

Lovely Chimney Home

We had a great ski vacation at this house. It is well located
right across from the clubhouse, 15 minutes to Mt. Snow and 10 min to downtown Wilmington. House had plenty of space for 6 adults and 6 kids and was clean and well maintained. Owner was also very easy to communicate with. Would definitely rent again!!

Great house snd location

There were 7 of us and the roominess if the house was terrific. Also the house is very close to the clubhouse! Weather fir Skiing might have been a bit better—but not in our control!

Wonderful Home!!

This home is an amazing place!! My family and I loved this beautiful, huge home, which had plenty of room and bathrooms for a large group! It's so close to the recreation center, with the pool and lots of fun entertainment! I can't not say enough good things about Brian, the owner!! Very responsive to questions and helpful! Thx so much!

Awesome weekend get away

We had a blast staying at this house. It had plenty of room for our 10 guests. They had a fenced in area for the dog. The restaurant recommendations by the host were spot on. We were 30 minutes from Crabapple white water rafting and had the best time. The host was super easy to get in touch with and helpful. We were actually able to use karaoke and built so many memories. We highly recommend this house 💜

Fantastic property

The property was fantastic. Spacious, clean, comfortable, and well equipped. Owner Brian was a fantastic host and communicator. We were there during the recent record breaking VERY low temperatures and Brian was quick to respond to issues caused by the extreme temperatures. He even offered to come to the property to assist if the service provider was not timely. In the mean time, the wood stove was quite sufficient for heating. I couldn’t be more positive in my review and would definitely recommend the property.

Excellent!

We are a family with 3 kids and 2 dogs. I can’t say enough how great Brian was and his place. In summary - excellent communication from Brian. Everytime I texted or called he picked up immediately. - house is spacious and laid out well. Multiple spaces to hang out after a day of skiing. About 15 or so minutes from my snow.- very clean
 pictures don’t allow you to gauge this, the house was visibly clean EVERYWHERE upon entry and smelled so clean too. Great job by the cleaning service- it snowed overnight and someone was there plowing the driveway at 7am!We cant wait to come back!

Nice mountain getaway!

We stayed here in mid august. The host was easy to communicate with and was very helpful. The property had plenty of space for our group, and the house was in good condition. We had a great time in southern Vermont and look forward to returning!
