This property was absolutely beautiful and the bedrooms were very cozy and comfy. We would definitely stay here again. The off street parking was also a nice little bonus.

Place was nicely decorated, clean, and a GREAT location to downtown . You can walk to everything ! My only recommendation would be to put some motion lights on the side of the house as you need to walk through the alley to get to the side entrance . I would definitely recommend Christopher’s place! We hope to be back soon.

Best location!

We had an excellent stay! The location makes for an easy walk to DTA and the Academy. The home was clean and the beds were comfortable. Plenty of room to spread out or join together. Off site parking is a plus!

Had a wonderful stay here with my wife and our dogs over the holiday weekend. The place was incredibly clean, property manager communication was prompt and easy, and the location was perfect. Would highly recommend!

Perfect location

The property is ideally located only a block and half from Main Street. The home was spacious and exceptionally clean. My family and I throughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely love to stay there again. It’s a rare find in Annapolis for a rental to also include multiple private parking spots. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in Annapolis!

Week in Annapolis

I wanted to share my positive experience at the property. The condition was excellent, and the recent renovations inside were very well done. Everything was in good working order, and we appreciated the ample supplies provided.The location was also ideal. It was within walking distance of many attractions, yet situated far enough from the main street to ensure a peaceful stay without any noise.I would certainly recommend this property to anyone traveling to Annapolis.

Great location!

Check in was easy! Did not use parking pad as our vehicles were oversized and did not fit through the gate without a challenge. Found street parking right in front but was confused by the only pay to park sign at the end of the street. Thankfully none of the 3 cars were ticketed. Would have appreciated lighting walking ti the side entrance in the dark that didn't come on til you were close to each end if the walkway. Also would have appreciated bath towels in each room's basket that was provided, rather than all in one room . I was unable to shower as I did not have a towel on our final morning. The home is very comfortable and fully stocked for cooking, bathing and games! Appreciated the 3 minute walk to Main Street. . The ad for the property is misleading in that it states 1 full 1 half bath, but the icon for the second bath shows a toilet and a shower. I should have asked, as 1 full bathroom for 3 women was a real challenge, but we made it work. Emptying trash, washing dishes and stripping beds, and carrying it all downstairs seemed like excessive given the price I paid, and have not done this in any other VRBO in the USA or in Europe. Despite the issues described we enjoyed a great weekend!
