Your newly remodeled vacation rental features open-concept living thatâs great for families.
Relax in the living room on the sleeper sofa and armchairs and catch your favorite shows on the 47â wall-mounted flat screen TV. Or simply kick back and enjoy the warm ambiance of the gas fireplace with a stone hearth. A half bath is located just off the main living space.
The well-equipped kitchen is outfitted with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Sleek wood cabinetry is stocked with all the cookware and dishes youâll need to prepare meals.
When itâs time to eat, gather in the dining area where a marble-top table seats up to seven. Then step outside to your private patio.
Two spacious bedrooms each offer generous closet space. The queen-size master bedroom boasts its own private balcony, 30â flat screen TV, and en-suite bath with walk-in shower.
The second bedroom features a queen bed, plush armchair, a 30â flat screen TV, and an en-suite bath with walk-in shower.
Your reservation includes complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and parking for one car in the garage.

When the time to depart sadly arrives, the Salt Lake City International Airport is just 45 minutes away.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the âDamage Waiverâ). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
