The Space:
Enjoy a luxurious mountain escape at this 2 bedroom condo. Located in the heart of Deer Valley, you are within walking distance of Deer Valley Resort! After a day of exploring you will love returning back to this penthouse condo, filled with a rustic charm meets modern elegance style. As you step inside the home a warm and authentic log cabin atmosphere greets you with rustic wood beams, stone accents, vaulted ceilings, and large windows that showcase the gorgeous mountain views. This condo will have everything you need and more for a memorable mountain getaway!

When you arrive at the home you will first come to a dedicated entryway space where you can unload your outdoor gear before settling into the home. Steps away from the entryway is the open-concept living space where you will find the living room/kitchen/dining room seamlessly blended together creating an inviting space for your group to relax. Views of the beautiful Deer Valley Mountain can be enjoyed from all around this space thanks to the soaring windows, you will be impressed with the beautiful view! The living room is a welcoming space with an impressive stone wall that includes a fireplace, plush leather sofas, and stylish mountain decor, your group will love hanging out and reminiscing on the day’s adventures in this room!

Connected to the living room is the gorgeous kitchen, a true highlight of the condo with its high-end features. The chef in your group is going to love preparing meals in the kitchen! Outfitted with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, spacious marble countertops, and a kitchen bar with four bar stools, you will have all you need to whip up a delicious meal. Across the kitchen bar, you will find the dining area which features a dining table with seating for 6 situated underneath a deer antler chandelier next to the home’s soaring windows. Whether you are cooking up dinner, doing the dishes, or enjoying your meal, you can do it all while still taking in the stunning views thanks to the home’s open floor plan!

Down the hallway from the open living space, you will find the condo’s two bedrooms each outfitted with comfortable bedding and en-suite bathrooms. The first spacious bedroom features a comfortable bed in a log bedframe, sconce lighting above the bed, matching nightstands, and a dresser with a TV on top of it. Freshen up before bed in the en-suite bathroom where you will find a spacious single-sink vanity with ample under-the-sink storage space, and a separate room with the bathtub/shower combo and toilet. Across the hallway is the second bedroom that boasts a log-frame bunk bed, a comfortable couch, and a tall dresser. The second bedroom’s en-suite full bathroom has everything you need to get ready for your day, including a beautiful marble single-sink vanity. A stacked washer and dryer is also found in the condo making it easy to keep up with any laundry needs during your stay.

Rounding out the condo is the private patio, a lovely outdoor space where you can take in the fresh mountain air while enjoying the stunning panoramic views of Deer Valley Mountain. The patio includes a BBQ, and a large hot tub providing the perfect spot to unwind after a day of adventures while enjoying the sun setting over the slopes.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home as well as a private balcony with a hot tub.

Located within a 6-minute walk to Snow Park Lodge and other ski lodges at Deer Valley Resort, you are minutes from world-class ski runs, exciting mountain adventures, and entertainment options in the Deer Valley area. During the summer months enjoy a concert at the Snow Park Outdoor Amphitheater or explore the luxurious lodges, resorts, spas, and dining areas that abound in this area. Don't forget to check out the Park City Alpine Slide for a one-of-a-kind experience! When you are ready for a city adventure the Main Street Historic District is a 5-minute drive or 10-minute bus ride away where you will have access to multiple eateries, breweries, museums, shopping, and other unique entertainment options.

Getting Around:
This home places you in the heart of Deer Valley within walking distance to the base of the ski resort and Silver Lake chair lifts. The home is on a FREE shuttle line, that will take you directly to the nearest ski lifts at Deer Valley Resort -- your gateway to some of the best ski runs in Park City. Jump onto the FREE Park City Transit bus system at Courchevel stop, just a one-minute walk from the condo, and be easily connected to Park City and the surrounding areas including Park City Mountain Resort for more skiing fun. Take the 10-minute bus ride to the historic downtown Park City and enjoy the breweries, restaurants, shops, galleries, and festivals in the area. Once in downtown Park City the FREE Main Street Trolley is a charming way to explore that area. Uber/Lyft is also always available.
