Right in the hub of beautiful Panama City Beach on Thomas Dr. Laketown Wharf property is the biggest condo-tel on the strip and has everything you would ever need right on the property! Laketown Wharf has 5 pools including a splash pad for your kiddos, a fully equipped fitness center, covered parking, golf, on-site restaurants (Juan taco, PCB pizza & wings, Gunners bar, The Wharf, The Tipsy Turtle margarita bar, Sunshine grill & bar, Cahoots breakfast & brunch , ice-cream & sweet shop, 810 Billiards & Bowling) a pool-side bar, hot tubs, an adults-only swimming pool, a full-service hair salon and a 52,000 sq foot boardwalk to enjoy with bbq grills & seating for picnics. We are excited to have a new family destination onsite called 810 Bowling & Billiards w/ arcade games, bowling, ax throwing, pool, ping pong, sports simulators, amazing food & drinks & a milkshake bar.

The spacious condo can accommodate up to 6 guests. The condo has 2 full bathrooms, a king bed, bunk beds for 2, a pull out sleeper bed & couch. We have a full-sized kitchen with a spacious island, a washer/dryer, 2 big screen tvs, cable & wifi. We are conveniently located on the 3rd floor -our guests can skip the elevators during peak hours.

We have an amazing lakeview balcony so you can enjoy watching the turtles & a beautiful fountain light-show w/ music plays on the lake every night & those beautiful PCB sunsets.

Laketown Wharf is conveniently next to all the shopping, entertainment, Walmart & restaurants of PCB. The private beach access for Laketown Wharf is located across the street, right next to the famous Pineapple Willies, a quick & easy 3 min walk to the beach.

We provide southern hospitality, convenience & affordability to ALL friends, couples & families looking for fun & relaxation at the beach 🏖 come make some memories with us!

***parking passes and wrist bands are an additional $86 per family & are paid directly to the front desk at Laketown Wharf & are not issued or paid for through Vrbo****

Your host Kerstin has worked in the hospitality field for 10 + years. She is a gracious & friendly host who will make sure all your questions and needs are met quickly. If you need dinner recommendations, nearby attractions, a babysitter, a hair dresser, a photographer- she has all the local hook-ups to take care of you during your stay in PCB.

***Parking and wrist passes are issued at the front desk & are an additional charge of $86 per family. They are processed at the front desk during check in and are not issued or charged through vrbo***

Panama City Beach

Condo pictures/ description are accurate. Bed is super comfortable. Would have given 5 star across the board except for the following areas that can be improved upon: the refrigerator is super loud and takes away from relaxation; no closet space to hang clothes only a couple of wire hangers to hang in bathroom; very limited toilet paper had to go to Walmart up the street; one very small pod of expired laundry detergent, whereas my family member in another condo was given ample laundry soap and dryer sheets; no garbage bags. Other than that I would give 5 stars across the board.

The condo was perfect for our family of 5! It was very clean and comfortable and the check in / out process was quick and smooth. Kerstin was very attentive for the entirety of our stay and had everything ready to go when we arrived! The location is great with Walmart just across the street and several places to eat within walking distance!

Wonderful Vacation Spot

Spring Break Vacation

We had a nice time at the Wharf. It was my mom, my daughter, and myself staying there. We had plenty of room for all of us and enjoyed the balcony along with the spacious living area. It had two full bathrooms so that was great so my mom could have her area while my daughter and I shared the other. A draw back was the air conditioning unit. It was very loud in the bunk bed area. It would wake me up throughout the night.

LTW condo 303

The location is perfect and the condo is nice and clean. You have several restaurants on the premises to choose from, which all were so delicious. Walmart is right across the street also. The walk to the beach is easy and quick. Host very prompt on responding and nice. Definitely would recommend and come back to stay.

Great property and location in the building

The property was just as described and pictured! Kerstin is a great host and stays in communication easily! I would definitely recommend! The condo is in a great location in the building so that you can access the stairs gym and pools easily or the elevator if you need.

Couldn’t Have Been Better!

My son was playing in a baseball tournament at Publix this week. The condo was situated perfectly to make it to the games quickly, but also enjoy the beach and area attractions. The stairs/elevator situation is not perfect, but would have been much worse if we were on one of the higher floors. The host had the condo nice and cool when we arrived, which was much appreciated after hauling all our gear in! I reached out to the host a couple of times with questions and she was very responsive. The condo itself was clean and very comfortable. Will definitely stay here again if we come back to PCB!

Great Girl’s trip.

We had a great quick trip to Panama for a girl’s trip. Property was clean and a quick 5 minute walk to the beach. Owner has great communication and responds quickly. Not going to lie, the parking on the property is confusing, but once you figure out your route from the garage to your room, it’s super easy. Would stay again :)

Baseball weekend

We stayed for a long baseball weekend and it was conveniently located 5 minutes from the park. The condo had everything needed plus more! The host was extremely fast at responding to any questions I had. We will stay here again when we come back!

Worth a visit!

My trip was so wonderful, I had the best time and I enjoyed the property so much. It was in a convenient location to all of the amenities that were offered and to the parking garage. The master bedroom was so cozy and the bed was very comfortable for the perfect nights sleep. The beach was a short walk and had private access. After the beach it was nice to come back and use one of the many pools to end the day.

Great place to stay

I came for spring break with my boyfriend and stayed here. We really enjoyed the room and the resort. It was very clean and spacious. The view was amazing. I recommend if coming in March bring some light jackets as at night it did get pretty cool while we were there. I recommend going to Sharkys which was about a 20 minute drive in traffic and the Wharf seafood buffet. The Wharf was pricey if you don’t like seafood but the steak and crab legs made it worth it for us. Kerstin, our host was great! Overall I think this was a great place to stay and a good price.

Lake Town Wharf

The property we rented, “Just Chillin It” was beautiful. The owner went over and above to think of her guests needs. The property was very secure. Every staff person and guest was very pleasant.
