Come experience the thrill of vacationing at one of Vermont's premier resorts and relax in your luxury condo in the great Rising Bear Lodge, located directly across from Stratton Village and within walking distance to lifts.

Our fully-equipped 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo includes cable TV, high speed internet, a welcoming fireplace, a parking space in the heated garage, Washer/Dryer and a private ground-floor patio that looks out to the Commons with a skating pond or fountain and sometimes weddings! All lodge guests have access to the year-round heated swimming pool, hot tubs, sauna, the Great Room lobby, and family activities. Access to adjacent golf course and nearby health club.

Kitchen provides Keurig and drip coffeemakers, cookware and bakeware, organic spices. Relaxing living room and dining area. Bose Bluetooth Speaker.

Lively Stratton Village has a variety of shops and restaurants to appeal to any taste. Stratton’s Training and Fitness Center with full gym, indoor pool, yoga, pickleball, tennis and massage are within walking distance for an additional charge.

What a fabulous home away from home! This condo is perfectly situated for a short walk to and from the village and the accommodations were top notch. When I say they thought of everything, trust us! The kitchen has everything we needed *plus really nice extras, such as spices and welcome gifts. The furnishings are incredibly comfortable and we would definitely stay here again.

David is a great host! Responded very quickly, and was very accommodating to our needs/requests. Check-in instructions were super detailed and helpful. The condo was very clean and well stocked. What a wonderful property! Would highly recommend. Great location with view of the fountain during the day and fire pit at night and also close to the pool while still being private on the patio. The village was great for shopping, drinks and dining. The rental itself was immaculate and had everything you can think of or need. Fully stocked bathrooms and kitchens with plenty of linens. Host was very responsive and helped with making local plans. Highly highly recommend!

Our family of 5 (2 adults, 3 kids under 11) really enjoyed our stay at Dave and Wanda’s condo. When we opened the door we were so excited to see a Christmas tree lit in the corner of the living room. It added even more coziness to the condo. The condo was very clean, well stocked (the welcome gift basket was an A), and had comfortable beds (which is sometimes hard to find with a VRBO). We loved the ice skating pond literally right outside our condo as well as the sauna , hot tub and pool. Our family took advantage of all after a long day of skiing. We were able to walk to and from the lifts and the village from the condo . Our 4 year old did it no problem! We will definitely book again when we ski Stratton!
