Clear your mind and get away! Enjoy 360° of forest and mountains looking down on Lake Pend Oreille. Trails just outside your door to include Farragut State Park 4 miles away. Boat rentals and fishing gear are available here in Bayview. 41 miles to the North is Schweitzer Ski Resort located in Sandpoint and the beautiful city of Coeur D’ Alene is 31 miles away to the South. If you enjoy Amusement Parks, visit Silverwood Amusement Park 10 miles away.

Enjoy absolutely gorgeous views from your living room or during your walk around the property. There is a DVD available for you if you wish to rent movies. There is a refrigerator and stove in the apartment. No pets allowed and please no shoes on the carpet. Most importantly, relax and enjoy your stay.

As far as the apartment, it's all yours. Please feel free to explore the trails and state land to the North and West of the the property. Your welcome to sit and enjoy the views of Lake Pend Oreille from the cliff behind our home. Feel free to sit on the log there and absorb God's beautiful creation.

If you come during the snow season, it is advisable to drive an AWD vehicle. You’ll be fine because the roads do get plowed.

Stunning view of Lake Pend Oreille! Situated up a winding hill and very quiet and remote, which was what we wanted. Rafael could not have been more accommodating. We enjoyed our stay!

Had a wonderful week in Bayview. After our wedding we chose to stay here for the great views and privacy from others. we wish we had more time to enjoy the trails.

The view is awesome! Great value. Quiet. The road up is pretty steep. My vehicle is rear wheel drive though. Somebody else might not have experienced the same issues.

The guest house was cute and clean. The views of the lake are incredible. Short walks on the property each evening never disappointed. We saw more deer than we could keep track of and even saw a couple wild turkeys. The host was helpful and kind.

Peaceful retreat

This was a lovely apartment with a beautiful view of the lake & mountains, a cushy bed & a terrific nature walk just outside the door which came complete with birds & critters like ground squirrels! I wish we would have spent more nights here than in the traditional hotel we had in Couer d'Alene.

Beautiful location and exactly what we needed to visit for a weekend. When arriving the pictures didn’t match exactly, there had been several updates to exterior along with the main house next door. So when trying to reach out to the owner inquiring about this and confirming the address (VRBO server was not working) I didn’t get a response till the next morning. Still, had a great interaction with the owner when leaving. Very pleasant and runs a solid VRBO. Would recommend it, make sure you drive a pick up in there or something with AWD that can handle off roading driving.

Comfortable apartment with a spectacular view!

I originally booked for just one, attending a nearby family wedding. Our plans changed and Mr. Zamora allowed us to bring a family of four (kids are 10 and 12). We put the kids on sleeping mats in the living room, and had plenty of space for all of us. Be careful driving up, there are lots of deer in the area. The payoff was a "Disney" moment with several deer and two new fawns during breakfast. Good base of operations for the lake area.

Raphael could not have been a better host. Communication was perfect. He was gracious through out.

The views are breathtaking!!! The guest house is very comfortable, clean, and quiet. Did I mention the views? Cannot be replicated anywhere. The host was kind. He maintains a wonderful place to stay. The animals-lots of deer, turkeys, quail, etc-are abundant. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.
