View of Harbor

My stay was perfect. The house had everything I needed for a longer stay. It has a great location with the harbor trail right in front of the house making it a short walk to stores, restaurants, museums, and parks. The view of the harbor was beautiful, and the sunrises were spectacular.

Mark's place is exactly as advertised. New, super clean, great location and amazing views. Very well appointed and comfortable. Communications were good and check in/check out seamless. We would definitely return!

One of the most beautiful properties we’ve ever rented. Beautifully appointed and the location was beyond excellent! On the harbor and a short walk to town. Mark was very responsive to our questions. We definitely hope to return and would strongly recommend to others.

Beautifully Appointed Home with Breathtaking Views of Rockland Harbor

Amazing location with prime views of Rockland Harbor and a short walk to downtown restaurants and shopping. Mark is a thoughtful and gracious host and his home is positively gorgeous. There are views of the harbor from every window. A sailboat excursion was a highlight of our trip. Will definitely be back!!

Best rental location in Rockland, Maine

Our annual “girls’ trip” was a success. The views from the property and location were amazing! The property manager was very responsive and personable
made you feel at home. We were treated to a complimentary sailboat ride by the owner that was one of our most valuable memories of the week. We definitely plan to return to see the beautiful sunrises and sunsets.

Beautiful Rockland Harbor views!

Mark's home was perfect for our visit to Rockland. It is by far the nicest home with THE best views in the neighborhood. The listing and pictures are accurate; very clean, spacious w/high-end finishes. Mark was great to work/communicate with and was even kind enough to take us sailing one afternoon. Highly recommended!!

Gorgeous Views

This home is beautiful and incredibly clean! It sits overlooking the harbor within walking distance of downtown. Our children loved sleeping in the loft area. We all enjoyed the day sail. Mark’s knowledge and willingness to let us all pitch in definitely sparked an interest in sailing for our family. It was the highlight of our trip!

Beautiful spot!

Great new house, amazing well stocked kitchen, perfect location for exploring mid-coast and other areas, short easy walk to town, great host with easy communication and check-in, and a very stunning view! Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location and top notch decor

Photos are accurate, sunrises are beautiful. Place was across from SS El Faro Salute memorial. Harbor side walk across the street. Big enough for 15 family members to stop by and visit on a weekend gathering. Marc allowed use of propane grill and pot were a cousin could steam a dozen fresh caught lobsters at once. Bit chilly to use outside shower though. Host was fantastic. Check-in/out was seamless

The most beautiful view of Rockland Harbor!

One of the best VRBO properties we have ever rented! Mark’s place is brand new, gorgeous finishes, and the view of the harbor is stunning!! Can’t wait to rent it again :)

Beautiful Clean Home

My husband and I booked this home unexpectedly, but when we saw the photos and the rental included a sail boat ride we went for it! We are so glad as the home was absolutely gorgeous with beautiful sunrises and overlooked the harbor. Mark the owner met us as the house and he also had fresh but flowers, he was so accommodating, he even got us a dozen fresh lobsters and oysters which we enjoyed cooking in his home with friends. Mark also took my husband and I and some friends on a sail boat ride which was so much fun! We plan on coming back next year for 2 weeks, we loved the home and area and are looking forward to exploring the area more next year
