House almost 80 degrees upon arrival. Checked AC and notified property manager. Left the house and went get a hotel due to ac issue. Didn’t even stay at the property due to inside temp.

The AC issue noted here was quickly traced to a filter door that had come loose and was drawing in warm attic air. Once secured, the system cooled the home normally again. It was fully resolved within 2 hours of being reported. We respond quickly to any concern so future guests can relax knowing the home will be comfortable and well cared for.

Nice secluded location, easy check-in, nice home

Surprisingly quiet neighborhood given how close the houses are to each other. Our plans were to have a few friends over for dinner each night we were there, but the pool entertained them since dinner took a little longer than planned. I was a little disappointed that the oven was an apartment size and could not hold a full size, cookie sheet. I wish it was also disclosed that there were cameras on the hot tub area, as I find this to be an invasion of privacy if not clearly disclosed. Also the hot tub was not working properly at the time, which they stated was due to previous renter.

Thanks for an honest review. It was unfortunate that the hot tub was out of service during your stay. A previous guest left the heater on for upwards of a week which caused the control panel to burn out. It has since been repaired. Although we have new appliances throughout, the oven is smaller than average but we do provide appropriate cookware for it. Security cameras are indeed throughout the property at each entry door, the garage, and pool. We’re glad you enjoyed your stay and hope to have you back again.

Beautiful Texas home with backyard oasis

Our family of 4 spent Spring Break at Blake’s house and we didn’t want to leave! It was the perfect getaway and exactly what we needed to relax. This home is located in a safe, clean, and quiet neighborhood. Close to downtown, The Woodlands, and lots of restaurants, stores, and parks. Blake was very welcoming and made communication fast and easy. The home was super clean and decorated beautifully. It had everything we needed to make us feel at home. There was some wear to the showers but they were clean with lots of hot water. Now for the best part- the pool and hot tub!! Clean and beautiful!! The heated pool made it perfect to swim even when it was a little chilly out. The waterfall and hot tub made it feel like a private oasis. There was an issue with the pool/hot tub heater when we first arrived. Blake made sure the pool maintenance guy was aware of the situation and communicated until the problem was resolved. The pool maintenance guy even stayed after hours to make sure the problem was resolved- we greatly appreciated that! We LOVED our time at Blake’s house and we would recommend to anyone staying in the Houston area.
