Plan on pulling into your home away from home at Bayside Priorities on beautiful Castle Rock Lake flowage. This 2022 custom-built home has lake frontage and comes with its own boat slip with full access to over14,000 acres of water fun.
The main gathering areas all contain great views of the bay leading out to the Wisconsin River leading into the main lake. This home was designed for relaxation, comfort, and fun with family and friends. The outdoor room contains the bar, grill, and additional space for gathering with roll-up glass garage doors to the outdoor patios and campfire patio area.
Total indoor square footage is 4,248 made up of 1,964 on the main floor, 1,684 on the lower level, and 600 sq ft in the outdoor room (garage bar).
Stay home and make your family favorite meals or go out and enjoy the many on-lake or off-lake dining experiences.
Garage available for two autos with additional on-site parking. The property is located within 30 minutes of WI Dells and multiple high quality golf courses. Water sports, fishing, hunting, hiking, biking, and wildlife viewing are all here for your enjoyment. UTV, ATV, and snowmobile friendly for year-around fun.

This VRBO was perfect for hosting our group over NYE (6 adults, 5 kids ages 4-9). We loved the property and spent a lot of time outside around the fire and ice fishing and also took advantage of the proximity to Buckhorn State Park. Indoors, having 3 hang out spaces was awesome and we really appreciated the big ice maker at the bar and the well-equipped kitchen (bonus points for the griddle!). The house was immaculately clean and the host was very responsive. Can't recommend this place enough!

We really enjoyed our stay at the lake house! Property and home are beautiful, clean, and well maintained. The home offers lots of space for a large family to enjoy. Separate spaces for everyone to enjoy-games for the kids, bar/grilling area, private dock near the house if you bring your boat. Bedrooms are cozy and beds are very comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes making it easy to make meals during your stay. Owner is extremely responsive to questions and very helpful! We forgot our stroller and Tom arranged for it to be shipped to a local business for us which was so accommodating! Would love to stay here again!

This was our third year staying at this property and we are planning on staying here for our annual friends reunion again next year. This lake house is very spacious, extremely clean, the beds are all very comfortable, and the kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook for a larger group. The lake house location is on a quiet part of the lake and the private boat dock is very close by and easy to get to. I can’t say enough good things about this property, or about dealing with the owner Tom and his wife.

Family getaway

We had an excellent stay at the Castle Rock property for a family celebration we had a mix of adults and young children and found plenty of space for us all to spread out in between the basement game room, large open kitchen and everyone’s favorite

Annual family get-togethers

The house was very well suited for a varity of family groups. The fire pit was grand. The large dining table facilitated lots of card playing. The younger kids 10 & 5 were not comfortable sleeping on the upper bunk beds so 4 sleep together on the bottom doubles. The older kids slept in sleeping bags in basement. Could have used a pull out couch bed. But overall all were happy and comfortable.

Family Birthday Celebration

We had the most amazing time renting this beautiful property! We had so much space and spent the majority of our time in the party garage. So nice that while we grilled meals everyone was together watching golf, playing games and being together. This house was well stocked with everything you need for your get away. Beautifully decorated with comfortable furniture. Definitely will rent again!

Reunion

Property is clean, well equipped, spacious, and versatile! The view of the lake is amazing !!! We had a gathering of friend who havent seen each other in 20 years! The patio was great for the day and the bar area was a perfect place to enjoy the company when the sun went down! You will be blown away with this property! It’s a must stay if you want to visit Castle Rock Lake!!

Wonderful winter getaway

The property worked great for our two families. Plenty of different areas for folks to hang out and play. Kids had a great time playing in the snow. Loved having the multi-season area for them to enter in and out of the house. Check in and communication with the host was excellent. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful Home

Our family of 13 had a wonderful week long stay in this beautiful home. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pans, etc. The beds were comfortable and the house was clean, with more than enough room for us to have our own space. The host was very quick to respond. House was like it showed on VRBO. Spacious and great for family gatherings. To improve the property, they should clear the land to the lake for a better view.
