Welcome to Castle Rock Lake! Enjoy this recently remodeled lake house with direct access to the water. Watch the boats drive by, fish or swim off the private dock, or simply sit back, relax, and watch the sunsets by the fire. Enjoy the beautiful lake views right off of the main living room with sliding doors out to the patio. The master suite also has its own private sliding doors for patio access as well. The living room is nice and open with vaulted ceilings and a wood burning fireplace for you to enjoy on those cold nights. he open floor plan is perfect for entertaining. Enjoy access to the grill, patio set with a propane burning fire pit, wood-burning fire pit, pool table, poker table, and more!

There are 5 bedrooms in the home and can comfortably sleep 10 people.
Bedrooms:
Master Bedroom: Queen Bed with private bath - stand alone shower - no tub. Walk-in closet and private sliding doors with patio access.
Bedroom 2: Main level facing the lake - Queen Bed
Bedroom 3: Main level directly across from Bedroom 2 - not facing the lake - Full Bed
Bedroom 4: Lower level facing the lake - Queen Bed
Bedroom 5: Lower level directly across from Bedroom 4 - not facing the lake - Full Bed

*Honest truth* There is not much room in the bedrooms for much more than how it is furnished such as pack and plays, cribs, etc. The only bedroom to comfortably fit extras would be the master bedroom.

Bathrooms:
Master: Stand alone shower
Bathroom 2: Main level - shower/tub combo
Bathroom 3: Lower level - stand alone shower

Kitchen:
The kitchen is stocked with items for you during your stay-
Silverware, cooking utensils, dishwater, baking dishes, pots and pans, a crockpot, pizza oven, mixing bowls, hand mixer, tupperware, dish towels, standard coffee maker and a Keurig and more.

Laundry:
There is a washer and dryer available for your use and is located on the main level of the home. A set amount of detergent will be provided during your stay and you will be responsible to buy more if you need to.

Lower Level:
The lower level of the house has 2 bedrooms and.1 full bathroom. Sliding doors with access to the lake. There is a pool table and poker table located in the lower level. The couch is a pullout futon. Miscellaneous games and items can be found in the closet near the sliding doors.

The Grill/Outside:
There are 2 grills for your use: a charcoal and propane grill. We do not provide propane, charcoal, or lighter fluid and you will be responsible for providing your own. Grilling utensils can be found in the main level closet near the sliding doors. Along with miscellaneous bug spray repellents and a first aid kit.
The patio set features a propane burning fire in the table. Enjoy the wood burning fire pit located below the patio near the lake. With new stamped concrete and 8 Adirondack chairs. We do not provide firewood and you will have to bring your own or purchase some on your way to the home. Please do not take the neighbor's wood.

*The WiFi is strong and able to stream different services such as Netflix and Hulu.
*This is a smoke-free home but you can smoke outside with proper disposal.
*We have the Nest heating and cooling system.
*There is no access to a boat or jet skis at the property, but multiple public boat landings are minutes from the home.
*A set amount of toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish soap, dishwasher pods, and garbage bags are set out for you during your stay. You are responsible for providing your own once they run out.
*We have great neighbors so please be respectful towards their properties and ours. A camera is located above the garages
