Looking for an affordable beachfront vacation with incredible views? This Gulf Tower condo may be just the ticket!

The Gulf Tower in the heart of Gulf Shores and is a direct beach front conplex. It is convenient to everything this coastal town has to offer! Restaurants, shopping, bike & scooter rentals, water park, golf, outlet shopping, are all within minutes of this complex.

This cute, cozy and clean 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo will sleep 6 comfortably, with 4 in beds (king & twins) and 2 on the sleeper sofa.

The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need except your groceries. In fact, this unit provides everything except what you plan to eat, drink, and wear.

All units in this complex (except top floor) have spacious sunrooms rather than balconies. Enjoy your morning coffee in the sunroom, which is equipped with large sliding windows that completely open-up this space to create your own private view of the Gulf of Mexico. There's even room in this sunroom/balcony area to lounge for hours and enjoy an incredible view.

The master bedroom has a king bed with an ensuite full bath with tub/shower combo. The guest bedroom has twin beds and shares a full bath with a tub/shower combo.

We're sure you'll enjoy this beach front condo so much that you'll be back again and again.

Parking: Parking pass is required per vehicle. 1 pre-paid parking pass is included with booking. Only 1 parking pass is allowed during peak season (March-August & Labor Day). Outside of peak season 1 additional pass may be purchased for $40.00.

* Renter must be at least 25 years of age. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Very old and out dated. No tv remotes. They were suppose to bring the remotes but never came. Ceiling fans are about to fall. Loved how close it is to the beach, but will not return

The only thing good about this condo is the view and a clean pool.There is carpet in the kids room that is moldy and makes the whole place smell musty There was mold on the dining room chairs and the outdoor seating as well. Our power was cut off during our stay which put a damper on our day. We love gulf shores and will return. We just won't come back to Gulf Tower

The Condo was great! The kitchen was equipped better than any condo I’ve rented and I have rented many. The service was way above average. There was a problem with the air and when I text the host, they answered in a few minutes. They conversed with me until a service man could come to fix the problem. The issue was fixed in minutes. The next day someone was there to give an estimate on a new air unit. We were so pleased since we haven’t had that communication in other rentals. Thanks to all

It won’t ruin your vacation but improvements are needed

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The good: Location, clean pool, beach access, sufficient parking, sunroomThe rest: It was not thoroughly cleaned before we arrived. All you had to do was look in corners of the floor, behind trashcan, under the bed, and you can find trash and dirt in all of those place. The mold and mildew smell is bad. They hang air fresheners from all of the air registers, but this is not the solution. They need to actually fix the air conditioning drainage pipe so that way it doesn’t leak and doesn’t come apart requiring the tenant to fix it and the property manager to say oh that happened again. There are conflicting memos as far as what is required for cleaning. One memo says that all of the dishes have to be cleaned and put away and another says that you can put them in the dishwasher and start the dishwasher. Supply enough toilet paper based on the length of the stay by the guest... do you expect a guest to fly home with the extra toilet paper that they bought... no, this is just going cheap in a really dumb way, and leads to a negative experience.

We will certainly pass along your feedback about the cleanliness concerns to the cleaning company. The air-conditioning was just replaced in the unit! We believe our departure instructions are fairly clear, asking guests to do the dishes and take out the trash. So that guests can be prepared, we do provide information in our pre-arrival instructions that a starter set of paper products are supplied. Vacation getaway!!

Our stay at Gulf Tower was absolutely wonderful. The place was clean and spacious. It literally has everything you need for a vacation getaway. The patio that overlooks the ocean and Pool was beautiful. That ocean breeze is like no other. We are so thankful we found this place and will definitely be staying here on our next visit.

It’s clean, close to everything my family liked to do, and has everything you need minus a hairdryer, but I always bring mine with me. The balcony was great to sit and watch dolphins swim by every morning or the kids in the pool. The downside is the parking lot is small if you have a big vehicle.
