Cette maison entiÚrement rénové avec de nouveaux meubles se trouve sur le deuxiÚme fairway du parcours Meadows intérieur de Black Butte Ranch. Il est trÚs proche du club-house et les principaux terrains de sport (basket-ball, le football, base-ball et de beach volley) dans le Ranch. A trÚs courte distance à la piscine de pavillon principal, courts de tennis et centre de loisirs. La zone Golf Accueil a beaucoup spacieuses qui fournit un cadre plus privé dans le ranch. AccÚs facile en voiture de l'autoroute principale que cette maison est prÚs de deux entrées et sorties du ranch.

Le plan d'Ă©tage spacieux a 4500 pieds carrĂ©s oĂč vous pouvez diffuser votre famille autour, mais ont encore le confort d'un petit lieu de rassemblement. Ces 5 chambres, 4 salles de bains, 2 chambres familiales, deux avec cheminĂ©es, 2 lofts et une salle de jeu peuvent tous ajouter Ă  vos familles vacances styles de vie. Grand sur la zone porte de terrasse. Il ya beaucoup de place pour les repas, les bains de soleil, tubbing chaud ou assis par le feu de camp. Cette maison est chaise roulante d'accĂ©der Ă  tous les grands domaines sur le niveau du sol. Rampe extĂ©rieure en pierre pour un accĂšs facile dans la maison.

La cuisine a tous les appareils modernes grands et les petits appareils. ChargĂ© avec ustensiles / plaques / lunettes et une salle Ă  manger extensible pour 20+. Toutes les chambres sont spacieuses avec une nouvelle literie et linge de maison. Deux chambres de maĂźtre, une chaise de roue ĂȘtre amicales. Deux lofts, on se trouve dans une chambre Ă  coucher, l'autre est au-dessus de la salle familiale, les deux sont des zones de sommeil / lecture / jeu supplĂ©mentaires. La cuisine est ouverte Ă  une seule famille (grande) chambre avec une cheminĂ©e et chaĂźne stĂ©rĂ©o. La deuxiĂšme chambre de famille de plus de 700 sq. Ft dispose d'une cheminĂ©e, salon bar, 50 'LCD / DVD / MagnĂ©toscope stĂ©rĂ©o. Have stayed here 4 times and always love our stay!Only issue this time was hot tub had weather issues and wasn’t working on arrival. Was able to use after a few days Joe was great to work with!

What a wonderful property to spend time with family. Joe, our host was a great communicator and the home exceeded every expectation! There was room to spread out, every room had an incredible wooded, golf course view. The kitchen was well equipped for our large Thanksgiving meal, a game room with foosball and shuffleboard that our grandchildren loved, two spacious living areas with huge wood burning fireplaces and every bed comfortable! Our grands slept in the loft, saying it felt like their own tree house. We walked on the many paths, used the hot tub and tried the community indoor pool. Thank you Joe! So many great memories were created at your beautiful home.

This property has so many amenities. We appreciated the location to the lakeside courts and pool. We were fortunate with the weather too. A great vacation for me and the members of my family who were able to join me.

Beautiful, spacious property

Exquisite home with large spaces and wonderful accommodation. Very easy access to Sisters and Hoodoo Ski area. 100% recommend. Joe was very responsive and easy to communicate with.

We enjoyed a wonderful weekend in the snow. There was a record setting snowfall the week before we were scheduled to arrive. The owner was great at communicating with me about my concerns and made sure that the driveway was plowed so that we could reach the home. Would definitely stay here again.

Best multi family getaway!

This place was amazing! We are a large group with our adult children and grandchildren. We also had extended family that rented another home here at Black Butte and we were able to come together for all the fun activities Black Butte Ranch offers. The home was perfect to come together for family diners, play games, enjoy the outdoor space with the fire pit and hot tub. The home has everything you could ever need. We cooked diners there every night and the overall space of the home was wonderful for our large group. This is a beautiful home and would love to return to it on our next Black Butte trip.

Great stay, big group friendly. Oven is a little odd to operate. The check in process was a little complicated. Map would be helpful of where to get parking pass and gate code. Great home though!!

Great Large Family Home

We had 8 adults and 6 children ranging from 1-12 years of age. We have stayed at numerous homes over the past 40 years, some not so great and some nice, but this was the best. There was plenty of room in this very large home to have separation. The home is well constructed and quiet (no squeaky floors). It's what you expect a Black Butte Home to look like. We spent every evening around the fire pit just relaxing and enjoying nightfall. We would highly recommend this home, as we will stay there again at our next Black Butte family vacation.

Had everything we needed (no keurig though, so be aware) hot tub is also 18+, which was a disappointment to our young children. Was very comfortable, would stay again.

This home was beautiful, well-stocked with all necessities, and comfortable for both kids and adults. The owner was easy to work with and readily available to answer any questions we had, both prior to the trip and during our stay. We hope to stay here again in the future.

The description of the property and amenities is spot on. Comfortable beds, great separation of space, and lots of things to entertain you. The extra bonus was how well the kitchen was stocked with cookware.

So beautiful

We loved this property. The pictures do not do it justice. It was so nice and a great layout. Also, it’s the only ADA home advertised in Black Butte. My husband is in a wheelchair and he was able to move around easily. And participate in all activities. We stayed in the first floor master with a roll in shower. We will definitely stay there again if the opportunity arises. 😉

After many vacations in Black Butte Ranch, I decided to buy this home from the original owner. It was on the golf course in a great location within the Ranch. It just needed some upgrades.

The Golf Home area within Black Butte Ranch is a quiet area due to spacious lots which provides a more private setting in this wooded area. The golf course views/actions are stunning either from the deck or inside the home.
