Beautiful and contemporary! This townhouse is located on a quiet, residential street and a quick two minute walk to the downtown core. This Townhouse is an end unit with lots of natural light and features spectacular Gorge views with floor to ceiling windows. It's architecturally designed with high quality and contemporary finishes throughout, including gourmet kitchen and nice bathrooms. The property sleeps six: master bedroom has king bed and private bath, second bedroom also has a king bed and the third bedroom doubles as the TV room with a sectional couch that converts to a comfy bed with a futon mattress top. Note: this IS NOT a pull out. Large garage. Private patio in the back perfect for BBQ, and riverside porch balcony on the front to enjoy the view. Lic#: 757 Sorry no AMEX.

Great location & property

Property was great. Was close to everything downtown and easy to walk to. The property had a huge variety of everything you need in the kitchen. Amy the property manager was wonderful and very quick to respond to anything you need. Would definitely stay here again.

The house is prefect to enjoy a stay in Hood River- easy short walk to everything the city has to offer and top notch views. Kitchen was extremely well appointed for a rental, everything you could ask for. Good for any type of group.

Everything was just as pictured and listed. Simply a LOVELY home!! Right in town, we walked everywhere and super easy access to the Mountain for all types of skiing. Thank you for sharing this beautiful space!

Great anniversary getaway

My wife and I traveled to Hood River for our anniversary, and this was the perfect place for us! The convenience (5 min walk) to all of the shops and restaurants downtown was awesome. It’s an easy 1-mile bike ride to the breweries on the waterfront too. We loved it, and already have hopes of coming back. One word of caution is that a larger SUV might struggle to fit in the garage due to other equipment being stored there. Our small SUV fit great through, so just something to keep in mind.

Somewhat disappointed

We rented two units for a family weekend wedding. One unit (#9) was good, everything as advertised. The second unit (#1) was disappointing in that several of the TVs did not work including dead batteries in some of the remotes. Cables behind the TVs were, in cases, unplugged. There were several spots in the home that had significant mouse droppings. The towels throughout the house smelled of mold, even the spare towels. Overall, its a great location but wish we would have all fit into the one good unit.

Lovely in many ways and some drawbacks...

The condo was easy to book and check into. The property manager was responsive... and we were surprised by a few things... 1) The listing should mention the very steep indoor stairs as they could be very dangerous for young children and/or more generally people that have a difficulty with steep stairs... 2) The hot tub was broken. We were pretty sad about this part, as we booked this specific condo with the expectation that it would work. We were informed that there was no water in it and it was not filled until the morning we arrived and found out that it had not been operating for a while and that it was missing a working part... While we the property management tried hard to resolve the situation and also offered another place and a discount, we were disappointed that we had not been informed earlier and that it was clear that the hot tub had not been taken care of for some time. 3) It was also clear that the property was not fully prepared because many of the soap dispensers barely had any soap... perhaps this seems small and for the high price, we thought it could have been better prepped. Overall, the condo was lovely in many ways... The layout was great for us and the view and proximity to downtown was wonderful too.

Great Place to Stay in Hood River

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This three level condo was in a great location and beautiful. It was well equipped and a really comfortable place to stay. Communication with the rental management was excellent. Our group really loved staying there. Minor issues were that the refrigerator leaked water and the dishwashing stopped working in the middle of the stay.

Thank you for a wonderful stay, the location is downtown Hood River which was wonderful and accessible, with the most beautiful views. House was stocked with everything we needed and fast communication from owner/rental agency, we highly recommend and would stay again!

Amazing views and right in town.

The views of the river are amazing and the location downtown is a short walk. Overall, great stay due to the location and views, but the unit could use a a deep cleaning and refresh of items such as outdoor cushions that were worn and dirty and counters that were left sticky . . . We expect much more for a high-end expensive rental. We also did not use the hot tub as the outdoor area looked like it had not been cleaned.

Great spot!

A pretty modern location with good views and great location. The beds were comfortable and The place had plenty of amenities. The garage is a nice bonus with plenty of room; fit my Xterra and five mtn bikes and four sets of golf clubs. The rules that must be followed and check in process are all laid out in a detailed email. The hands-free sink gave us fits but that’s just because we are old and I guess technology is confusing hahaha. I would definitely recommend this place.

Beautiful property and views!

This is a stunning property and my friends and I had the best weekend staying here! The location is as good as it gets. We were disappointed to find out the hot tub was not functional the morning we were expected to arrive, but they did give us a partial credit which was appreciated. We also did not receive check-in or check-out instructions, but overall we had a great time and really enjoyed the property!
