This completely new remodeled one-story single house (3br/7beds/2ba) is centrally located within Walk/bike distance to University of Arizona, banner medical center, stadium, downtown Tucson, the streetcar, parks, shopping, grocery stores, Starbucks, and all kinds of restaurants... etc. New stylish furnitures, appliances and decorations bring you the feeling of a bright and comfortable home. 2 carports plus extra parking, spacious interior, vast fenced backyard, perfect for all your gatherings.

It's a one-story house (1600+sqft living area). One queen bed and one convertible chaise in the master bedroom. Two queen beds in two guest bedrooms. Two convertible sofa beds and one air mattress in the living room. Two air mattresses are available to use. Two full bathrooms . Two covered carports, and parking space for 4-5 cars in front of the house, RV parking available. Fenced backyard. TV, high speed internet (150 mbps), washer and dryer, iron and board, fridge with ice maker, microwaver, cooking utensils, dishware and silverware, coffee machine, toaster, slower cooker, gas bbq grill, hair dryers, shampoo/conditioner/shower gel/body lotion/bath &hand towels/ toilet paper, etc, are provided to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable!

This was a very clean and welcoming house. The host responded to my every inquiry very promptly. She was very helpful and accommodating. The decor was great and all the amenities were provided. I highly recommend this house to anyone visiting Tucson!

Lots of positives but one needed improvement

This property is in a great location for events at the University of Arizona. Very close to campus. Good sized master bedroom & bathroom. Nice living areas for conversation and watching TV. Huge backyard, would be great for a dog. Kitchen is spacious and well stocked with dishes, utensils, coffee, etc. Our only complaint was the cleanliness. The entire house and front carport area and patio needs much better cleaning. The floors needed to mopped and the carpet needed cleaning. Baseboards were extremely dusty and door frames needed bleach wipe downs. Hard water stains on master shower, and skylight in small bathroom need scrubbing. Shower bottom in small bathroom is slippery so be careful. Also encountered a couple cockroaches so some kind of traps should be installed. We appreciated the powerful fan in the master bedroom. Would stay again after a deep clean.

Place has potential but needs to be cleaned. Floors and kitchen sink dirty, found dead roaches by couch. Dish towels were hard, washed all towels before using. Also wiped a lot of things down myself. Garbage can out front was full. Bed linens and pillows need upgrade. Neighbor also approached us on our last day to let us know their house was broken into. Pictures from listing are not 100% accurate.

Disappointed

The pictures online do not represent the property accurately. There were dirty dishes in the cabinet we had to wash before using. The house appeared to be clean but did not feel clean. It should be noted the house sits off of a busy road with traffic’s noise. The grounds should be cleaned up and maintained I do not recommend this place

Great Space, Nice Stay

The house was great, and accommodated myself and some friends great for the weekend. It's at a great location close to the U of A. The house was fairly clean, and required little of us upon check-out. The beds aren't great, and it doesn't comfortably sleep quite as many as the listing says, but luckily we didn't need that many beds. The host was great and made check-in very easy.

Good little house but needed a bit of cleaning.

The property manager was fantastic at communicating. Check-in was also great. All of the things available were also great. The only thing we would have liked was for things to have been a bit cleaner. The bathrooms could use a bit of upkeep. For a one-night stay, it was good but it would have been so much more if they had the unit professionally cleaned.

Great Home

Wonderful home! Had a pleasant stay. Not sure who the cleaners were but upon arrival we had to fix and clean vacuum filter before using and mop the floors because the floors were so dirty. The bathrooms also needed some love and attention as well. Other than that, the home was great and we had a wonderful time!

Stopped in for a night while moving across the US

House was great, our dogs felt super comfortable and happy to be there the moment we got inside. Beds were a little short and night lights outlets stayed on, but with an eye mask and rain sounds on the phone we fell asleep soundly. Kitchen is a great size, but I recommend figure out which utensils/pots were healthy to use before getting groceries. :)

NICE HOUSE AND LOCATION

Property is nice and as advertised. Locations seems to be quiet, somewhat close to university and not very far from freeway. Issues: cleaning people did not clean master bath; only one air mattress was good, there was another one with several holes; and the manager or owner was there before the agreed-upon time, so we felt pressured to leave and did not have time to get trash out (we like to leave premises clean and trash where it belongs). Other than that, nice place.
