Ocean Front Corner Villa with New Deck and Unobstructed Views
This coveted front row end unit is pleasantly decorated in soft blues and greens that compliment the palmetto trees outside the large side view windows. The morning sun and the afternoon shade afford the guests perfect timing for prime use of the open deck from the living room. This condominium has a powder room on the first living, dining, and well equipped kitchen floor and the two bedroom and two bathrooms are on the second floor. The master bedroom has a king bed and the second bedroom has a twin and a double bed.
This location is a short walk to the Beach and Racquet Club swimming pools, playground, tennis courts, and fitness rooms. The two condo pools and the boardwalk to the beach are steps from the front door.
The Harbor Island pool is open from April 1 - November 1.
Reservations are subject to a 3.5% processing fee.
** Please note there is enough parking for up to 2 vehicles at this property. Parking spaces are unassigned for Cedar Reef Villas **
Harbor Island Owners Association require a gate pass to gain access to the private island. GATE PASSES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Vehicle gate pass fees are per vehicle, set by the Island and are subject to change. The current rates are; for a day pass $25.00; 2 nights $35.00; 3 nights $45.00; 4 nights $55.00; 5 nights $65.00; 6 nights $75.00; 7 nights $85.00; 8-30 nights $140.00; 31-364 nights $215.00.
