NEWLY RENOVATED! Welcome to your peaceful getaway on Harbor Island, a corner oceanside villa with breathtaking views of the marsh, ocean, and Hunting Island. A free Hunting Island pass is included with your stay! This stunning and renovated short-term rental is flooded with natural light from the large windows, and it offers the perfect combination of comfort and convenience with free access to a host of resort amenities that will enrich your stay. B201 is an upper floor, end unit, that provides a quieter stay with fewer shared walls. With 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and king, queen, and XL twin beds, this charming retreat accommodates up to five guests with ease.
Inside, you are greeted by a newly renovated and tastefully decorated open-concept living space that exudes coastal charm. Relax on the new sofa and watch a movie on the 50 inch SmartTV with cable or take in the incredible marsh views. There is room for the whole family to gather around the dining table and enjoy a meal prepared in the fully equipped new kitchen which provides a dual coffee maker, toaster, blender, crockpot, hand mixer, spices, and grill tools. The enjoyable deck offers additional dining space with seating for four, and is a favorite spot for your morning coffee. In the entryway console cabinet, board games and card games are provided.
The Master Suite includes a large king bed with a new mattress and panoramic, breathtaking marsh and ocean views. Additional conveniences include a SmartTV with cable, ceiling fan, floor fan, bench, luggage rack, and USB charging lamps. The Guest Suite is located down the hall, with its own private bath, and has comfortable queen and XL twin beds with powered/charging nightstands. Each bathroom is conveniently equipped with a large vanity, large mirror, and a hair dryer.
As a guest of this lovely property, you'll have access to a range of exceptional amenities, which include: adjacent boardwalk for beach access, three swimming pools, one kiddie pool, a playground, charcoal grills, picnic tables, fishing and crabbing docks, and tennis, pickle ball, basketball, and sand volleyball courts. The large resort-style pool is located at the Beach and Racquet Club, which also houses a workout facility and the Turtle's Nest, a gift shop with on-site rentals. Miscellaneous beach equipment is also provided with your B201 stay in exterior storage, and includes chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards.
