Wonderful stay

Really enjoyed the outdoor space and pool! The house was also very comfortable, clean, and spacious! Eric communicated to make sure we had everything we needed. Will definitely stay here again if we are ever in the area!

Experience was great from start to finish. Place looks even better than it does in the pictures. Great host, will definitely be back.

Overall good trip. We needed a little place to stay for a few days, son with gf and their well behaved dog joined us separately. Plenty of room both inside and out. Beds are comfortable. House was clean. AC worked great. Tons of pool towels, pool was very warm as we were there in June. Neighborhood is very quiet, super close to all kinds of restaurants. We made breakfast in the mornings, sufficient kitchen items to cook with. Ate at Grassroots a couple of times and really enjoyed it. Also went to old town and had a couple dinners there.Recommendation would be bath mats in the bathrooms for use at shower door. There did seem to be some deferred maintenance on a couple things but nothing that affected the stay. There were some drinks in the fridge and some high quality dog food/broth in the cabinet that we did utilize. Very much appreciated.

Awesome property & location

Very nice place with plenty of room (we had 6 people on our trip). Close to lots of activities and very clean. Eric was very responsive and willing to help with anything. Great experience. Would recommend.

Perfect home for our family of 4!

Stayed here with my husband and 2 boys ages 6 and 9. We loved the pool and expansive backyard. The rooms were great and the kitchen was stocked with everything you need. My kids loved the secret room. Also, my husband and I couldn’t stop talking about how soft and fluffy the bathroom towels were. Excited to stay here again when we’re back in Scottsdale.

Great stay and excellent communication

We had a great family spring break stay in Scottsdale. The house has so much space and is in great condition. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Also, Eric was incredibly responsive. We had an issue with the water heater, and it was resolved almost immediately. He also had some great recommendations on activities to do on our vacation. Hoping to come back to this house again soon!

Spring 2025 Two Week Getaway

It is a quiet, safe neighborhood. Our 3 year old granddaughter especially loved the pool and backyard activities. The location is ideal for access to the 101. It is easy biking to the Scottsdale bike paths and various parks all the way down to Tempe! There's Waymo if you don't care to drive! Like any place some maintenance issues cropped up. An umbrella was broken, the disposal sprung a leak, the refrigerator filter needed changing, but Eric was fast to the rescue. We would definitely stay again.

This vacation rental was so fun the theme was great, the pool was perfect for relaxing. The neighborhood was quiet and close to lots of shopping and restaurants. The large kitchen and living room were cozy and had plenty of room for all of us. Eric was friendly and quick to respond Highly recommend

The perfect place

We rented this place for my best friends bachelorette weekend as it is close to Old Town and we loved it! Eric was extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early along with making sure we got in okay. He was prompt with his replies and seriously was the best! The house was so cool and there’s even a hidden room. We loved all of the Beatles references throughout the house! It was the perfect place to hang by the pool as it had a shelf in the pool for lounging. I would recommend this place to anyone!
