Family Vacation

Not having a heated pool and hot tub really killed it for us. It says heated pool on the listing but it was freezing and unfortunately broken. We didn’t spend much time at the house outside of sleeping. Needs a good deep clean. Cabinets had old toothpaste, and hot tub had black particles in it. Great location and great for a family, would be 5 stars if they get the pool and hot tub figured out and give the house a good deep clean.

Spring training

Nice quiet area close to baseball fields. Inside of house clean. Rented house because of heated pool found out to late that heater on pool not working. The pool and the hot tub needed to be cleaned. The pool guy came on our last day.Rated 3 because when looking for a place to stay I paid extra to have a pool and did not have one.

Need a New Cleaning Service

Check-in and check out procedure required minimal effort on our part, that was appreciated. Quiet, safe neighborhood, close to the things we needed/wanted. The listing is accurate, except the backyard is NOTHING like the pictures. Landscaping ripped out, pool full of debris, furniture is haphazard and dirty, hot tub cover is broken, so there is debris in there and what looked like might be broken beer bottle so we did not enter. The whole house could use a deep clean. Communication with the host was good, but they seemed uninterested in doing anything to address the cleanliness issues we pointed out during the stay.

Great location and amenities

This house was in a convenient location and had a great poop and warm hot tub. Pool was heated as requested. Unfortunately the cleanliness of this property was lacking as the sheets in the main bedroom were dirty when we went to go to bed. There appeared to be human and pet hair under the covers. Towels in the closet were full of dust and dust bunnies. I also felt like I had to mop the floor as it was not very clean on arrival. There also appeared to be a lack of general maintenance of property with the cover on the pool bottom was missing, the fan in the main bedroom was stuck on high and some other maintenance issues neglected. Otherwise, the amenities and ease of staying and communication with property owner was good.

Convenient location

Had to come to Phoenix last minute with my husband and two dogs. It was our first time traveling with our younger dog and we needed a yard and quiet neighborhood rather than a noisy hotel. The house and neighborhood were perfect. Yard is big enough for small dogs to roam around and there was also a large park/green belt less than a mile away. The house was very clean and had everything that you could need. The only complaint we had was that the mattresses and pillows were all much more firm than what we are used to at home. Overall it was very nice, great location with easy freeway access, grocery store and restaurants nearby.

Best sleep ever!!!

I travel all over the USA to run races so I stay in lots of VRBOs and I can rarely say this
the master bed was literally the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in (my own personal bed included). The neighborhood was very quiet and the hot tub was wonderful to soak in after running 100 miles in the beautiful Arizona desert. I also loved how close both Walmart and Safeway were in proximity to the house, it made stocking up on staples super easy. The kitchen utensils were also well stocked so we could easily do all our cooking and didn’t leave the house much other than for my race. Ultimately it was just a great relaxing stay!

Scottsdale stay

This was in a great location and very clean home. Didn't have time to enjoy pool as was only here for 1 day to graduate but pool area was great outdoor area. The only 1 thing i have negative and not even that bad was the mattresses were very firm. Wasnt used to it but slept well and actually felt good on my old bones. Would stay here again

Trip to visit my daughter

Had a good time while visiting my daughter during her senior year at ASU. House was clean and we'll stocked for my needs...just me on this trip. I enjoy the hot tub and lounging in the pool. Neighborhood was nice and not a lot of traffic. There is a coffee shop about a mile walk which was convenient considering I was relying on my daughter to schlep me around. Overall a good experience

Quiet area with lots to do!

The neighborhood is excellent, very quite! The pool could use some love. Outdoor area was very nice. The overall opinion from my family was the home could use more attention and cleaning. Floors and outside were fairly dirty. As long as you can see past that it is a very nice place! Also the washer and dryer was appreciated greatly!

Quick girls trip for a concert at Chase Field

Wonderful house and a great location that was a perfect distance from the airport and Chase Field. It was clean, comfortable and well stocked. Neighborhood was very quiet and well kept. Very thankful for the air conditioner and ceiling fans which worked fabulously to keep us comfortable in the heat wave. Would love to come back for a longer time to explore more (in cooler weather) and would definitely book this house again.

Great place in a great city!

House was well appointed and just as described
 everything was there that we needed. Beds were quite comfortable and house was very clean and tidy. Pool was very nice, especially during the hot weather! And most importantly, the AC worked flawlessly – lol! Seriously, we had a very nice stay
 Only thing we missed were dressers in the bedrooms, but seeing as we always overpack, we didn’t wear half the stuff we brought
(typical!!) Ely (host) was very friendly and accommodating
 And a pleasure to work with. We would highly recommend this place
 And we will be renting here again on our next trip out west. Thank you Ely for a great experience!

Nice weekend getaway with friends

Great value, looks newly renovated, pool was clean, however pool furniture was very dirty with a ton of dog hair. Overall cleanliness could’ve been better but amenities were great and bedrooms nice.

Amazing, comfortable, great neighborhood.

My stay was incredible. The pool/hottub backyard area was absolutely amazing. Everything was clean, everything we needed was available. The only semi downfall is how firm the beds are(king & queen not sure about the small ones). That's 100% my own personal preference. With that said I would book here at this location over and over. The host was prompt to answer my questions.
