Palms at Wailea 1405 offers the perfect location in Wailea. This 2-bedroom/2-bath ground-level unit surrounded by lush landscaping and ocean views make this a great Hawaiian getaway!

Maui's most exclusive location with the best weather is the award-winning Wailea Resort. Ideally situated just uphill from gorgeous Keawekapu Beach, The Palms at Wailea is an architect-designed two-story only complex with charming Mediterranean accents, and beautifully manicured grounds, including two lily ponds joined by a charming stream.

You will be welcomed by the open and inviting living space. Kick up your feet and relax after a fun-filled day on Maui. Complete with a large sectional with a queen sleeper, flat-screen TV, and a ceiling fan. The spacious covered lanai with a dining table allows for relaxing evenings while you kick back and enjoy the views. Relax poolside or take a Jacuzzi after the sun sets and take in the beauty of the brilliant Maui skies.

The kitchen is well equipped with everything the inspired home chef would need. The dining table allows seating for four. The guest bedroom is a great setup with two twin beds that can be converted to a king upon request. The guest bath is located conveniently adjacent with a shower. Drift off for the perfect night's rest in the primary bedroom. With a queen-size bed, flat-screen TV, ceiling fan, and split AC to keep cool.

This luxury Palms at Wailea unit is located near the spectacular pool and Jacuzzi and all the amenities this popular complex affords. The Wailea Golf Course and Tennis Clubs are just minutes away. Within walking distance are some of the World's Top Beaches as rated by Conde Nast International. If shopping is your pleasure, the elegant Shops of Wailea are situated a stone's throw away. For the adventurous type, you will find amazing snorkeling spots within a very short drive.

Please note that Palms at Wailea no longer allows private grills. There will not be a grill for you to use on the lanai of this condo.

The lanai is exceptional..large, comfortable furnishings and steps from the lawn and pool. The condo itself is clean, nicely furnished and in an excellent location. This was our second time at Wailea Palms and was very enjoyable both times.

Beautiful view of the ocean!

Wonderful unit with lots of room for everyone. View from outside was exactly like photos. Every morning we enjoyed our coffee on the patio while looking at the ocean. We would stay there again!

Beautiful place at Palms at Wailea on Maui

We enjoyed our stay in the condo on Maui. The location was great. We were near shopping and beaches. The best part was the spectacular view from our lanai and the gorgeous sunsets every evening.

Great place

Great condo with awesome lanai and beautiful view. Close to the pool and we love Wailea. Our only issue is proximity to the beach. It’s about a 10 minute walk, wish it was closer.

Love this Wailea location

We loved our time here. The unit is in an amazing location, very nice area, and we loved coming back in the evenings for the perfect sunset watching spot. The unit was tidy, well stocked with linens and cookware and was comfortable. The interiors would definitely benefit from a refresh (especially the floors). We spent almost all of our time at the unit on the lanai.

Great location and view from patio. Unit is very dated and somewhat in disrepair. Carpet not flat on floor, stained and no baseboards. Kitchen cabinets did not all close or work properly. Bathrooms were a little disgusting. No paint behind toilet, stickers on wall in toilet room, chipped tiles and rusted metal on walls where plaster is missing. Couch was very dirty.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Was I satisfied overall: this being my 30 odd trip to Hawaii, I can say I’m never dissatisfied with a trip there. Was I satisfied with the property’s general condition? No. The property is in need of a complete overhaul and renovation. I would say it’s not been updated basically since construction in early 90’s. Carpeting throughout (except in kitchen and one bath) with many stains. Tile in kitchen had numerous black marks, which I think were chips from stuff being dropped on the tile) making it appear dirty. Closets filled with stuff. Pantry locked so, even though I was staying for 3 weeks, had no place to store food stuffs. Was I happy with property location? Absolutely. Have stayed at the Palms many times and it’s always a beautiful property. The view from this condo was quite nice. One of the best in the Palms.Was the property clean? Needs a deep cleaning.Was the property management company professional? Yes and No. We had two problems: upon arrival, the air conditioning was not working (being a ground floor unit, we were uncomfortable leaving the sliding doors open for a breeze). Fairly hot for two days before they had someone come out. Later, I learned they knew they had a problem from before, yet had to go through two days of back and forth before they fixed it. Also, the washing machine, which seemed like original equipment, broke and had to be replaced. Spotty communication over 4 or 5 days to get new washer installed. After two weeks, I decided to call and talk with one of the managers and just reviewed everything with him. Told him I understood the issues of cleanliness, clutter, etc were the owner’s responsibility, but wanted to know how much they were aware of. Invited him to come look at the place. Without my saying anything, he said it seemed some compensation was due and he asked that I give him a day or two and he’d call me back. After 5 days, I called bac

Responsive to my inquiries.We have been coming to the Palms at Wailea 1-2 times yearly for 21 years and know this unit is in a great location for ocean view and pool proximity.We really appreciated the AC in each major room.Improvements are needed, however. The original furniture from the early 90’s is still in place and is very tired. We experienced a broken chaise lounge, broken kitchenware, and a broken grill. (Replaced promptly when reported). A towel bar and bracket in the master bathroom fell off the wall for the duration of our stay and one of the dining room chairs is broken. It simply all adds up to a neglected space.Also, the pantry and other storage cabinets usually reserved for guests in our experience were locked, making dry good storage VERY limited. Some tile and carpet stains appear long-standing. We personally feel this great unit deserves better.Personally we feel this condominium is due for a major refresh

View was breathtaking, pool was steps away and we were in a nice and safe area in Wailea. Kitchen appliances were great, had beach chairs we could use, I just wish it also included an umbrella. We didn't have enough provided beach towels for our family but we texted the property manager and they brought them to our door within hours. Washer and dryer was useful and we were happy to have our own parking spot. Couches seem a little worn down as well as carpet but I would still recommend this place to our friends. Mahalo!

Great location and view

While the interior was outdated (carpet everywhere was really difficult with young kids) it was clean and had everything we needed for our week+ stay. The view of the sunsets and access to the pool was amazing though! We would definitely consider staying again.
