Start your day off with a freshly brewed cup of coffee on the back deck, surrounded by nature's morning chorus. Then go inside to the living room and relax with huge glass windows that flood the space with natural light! Play a game of foosball or snuggle up on the amazingly comfy sofa. When the day is done, unwind in the 7-person hot tub! Enjoy the outdoor space with the provided yard games and get a close up view of the night sky with the telescope located on the 3rd floor in the master bedroom. Perfect for a family or friends getaway, The Cube is the ultimate place to stay!

While this unique home is incredible, one of our favorite parts is the outdoor space! Located on 15 acres, you have plenty of space to let the kids roam and explore! Have a BBQ with the family on the back deck, play games in the spacious yard, and relax and unwind in the luxurious hot tub under the magical strung lights! This outdoor space has a way of enchanting and recharging you- ensuring that you never want to leave! :)

- We use high-quality, sustainable mattresses and linens
- We offer a drip coffee maker so that you can reduce your single-use pod disposable, while opting for a pot of coffee to eliminate waste!
- All of our toiletries are eco-friendly, clean products that come with reusable dispenser bags to eliminate waste.
- We use LED lighting throughout the home to minimize electricity usage. Thanks to the natural sunshine, you can soak in the sun that floods this home through all of the large windows, without using excessive home lightning during the day!

Please Note:
1. Pet Policy: **This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note, if we find evidence of an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and guests will be charged a $400 non-refundable fine. This is also grounds for immediate removal of the guests from the home.
2. No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $200.00 / per day.
3. Quiet hours for the property are between 10 PM and 8:00 AM. Please keep the noise levels down over this time.
4. Because the home is located at the end of a shared driveway, it is important to use common courtesy and safety rules. Please observe and follow the 15 MPH speed limit and watch out for anyone who may be walking or working near the lane. Before passing them, slow down and perhaps signal with a friendly use of your horn. Other than the driveway directly useable by the Cube, the rest of the lane is not for recreational use.
5. This home is equipped with a exterior security camera for the protection of home and the safety of our guests. It is recording 24/7, 365 days a year. There are no cameras on the interior of the home.

Hi there, my name is Landon!
I'm a husband and father to 3 incredible little boys. My all time favorite things to do, would have to be golf, exploring a downtown area, or relaxing all day on a beach. I love brainstorming with like-minded entrepeneurs who are enthusiastic about new opportunities, just like me. I like to make things happen! Which is why I love what I do.
Currently, I am helping homeowners from across the country manage there Vacation Rentals and welcome guests into their 2nd homes through our company called BNB Breeze. We are a hands-on short term rental management company and mostly handle Airbnb listings and the logistical work that goes into managing these properties. Showcasing these properties to look their best and bring in higher returns for investors is just a small part of what I do. Currently managing properties in 13 different states.
I'm excited to say that the company has grown to include many team members! Heather, Aj, and Barb are all working full-time to help BNBbreeze maintain all of the beautiful properties we manage. Additional part-time team members help round out our entire business. Working with with these folks is part of what makes this job so fun:)
