Cozy Family Sized Home, Nestled on the Creek

Welcome to our Creekside retreat on nearly 2 acres with stunning water views and vineyard; tucked away along the Condoguinet Creek. Features huge deck off the main floor with 2 balconies. Each bedroom with access and water views. Also includes Pool table, home movie theater, 2 workspaces, 2 full bath/2 half baths, Family bedroom including kids’ space, Indoor seating/outdoor seating/closets galore.

Main Floor features an upgraded kitchen with plenty of natural light and open space for entertaining. A-frame Great Room made from reclaimed wood bringing a piece of local history back to life. Unwind with a good book or a show/movie on the 65” Roku Smart TV. Master Bedroom with access to deck and a bathroom equipped with shower heater. Main floor also features a table to fit 10 comfortably as well as a high-top table for 8 as well as a powder room.

Upstairs features a workspace, full bathroom which includes a tub for the kids. Walk into the "family bedroom" with bunkbed, Queen bed, and mini playroom. Adjacent is an additional bedroom which includes a King bed and powder room attached; both rooms with access to a "Romeo and Juliet" Balcony.
Make your way to the basement furnished with a Regulation sized Olhausen Pool table and home movie theater.

Additional Loft bedroom at the top of the Aframe with Workspace, Queen bed and Daybed.
Make your way outdoors and enjoy the spacious deck with a large seating area and use of Grill.
Below the deck is table seating area for 12 as well as swing chairs for relaxation.
Grounds beautifully maintained and featuring sprawling gardens. Open area great for any sports/activities. Additional deck and bench on the creek; perfect for fishing and/or enjoying the tranquil water sunset/sunrise views. Access to the creek as well as a canoe on the property. Bikes for the younger kiddos available for use. Kids can also enjoy their own playhouse with pulley system for access to any snacks/supplies while playing.

20 minutes to Carlisle, PA
30 minutes to Hershey, PA
45 minutes to historic Gettysburg, PA

Home Away from Home

I recently stayed at a lovely house in Mechanicsburg, and I can't recommend it enough! The host was absolutely phenomenal—responsive, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. The property was clean, comfortable, and felt like a home away from home. It exceeded my expectations, and I will definitely be returning whenever I'm in the area. A truly fantastic stay!

Family reunion

The home is great and fit our family needs perfectly. The host was personable and quickly answered all our questions. The home was tastefully decorated. The grounds provided space for the children to play and in the evening provided a serene atmosphere to enjoy some wine and watch the fireflies dancing in the night air.

Beautiful property in a great location.

We had a great stay this June at this beautiful house. There were six of us, but the house could easily accommodate a much larger gathering. The home was beautiful and clean with lots of gathering areas, both indoors and out. The Mechanicsburg location was perfect for our plans as we visited nearby Hershey Park, Gettysburg (about an hour away) and Lancaster County ( an hour). When we had questions, the owner replied promptly and was very helpful.

Family weekend gathering

We chose this property because we needed a large space to accommodate my family and my brother‘s family together. We were looking for a location close to Harrisburg, and this location was perfect and also seems like a getaway. The view from the windows is gorgeous, and also secluded. The bedrooms are very comfortable. We had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook meals throughout the weekend. The owner was very responsive to questions.

Quiet Weekend Getaway

This place was just enough out of the way and was perfect! The view out of the kitchen window towards the creek was enjoyable and relaxing while eating breakfast. Loved our stay there! We hope to have the opportunity to return.

Beautiful View & Peaceful Atmosphere!!!

If you’re looking for a spacious and pet friendly home with a beautiful view and peaceful atmosphere, look no further! An added bonus is the short drive to Hershey Park and its surrounding attractions. The host was very responsive and we really enjoyed our stay.
