Clean and private stop

Was a clean and private stop for the evening; had all modern amenities and hotel conveniences. Our dog was happy here. Only thing I would add is that there’s really no where to go in walking distance (just residential).

All updated, nice.

It was a nice place, but IT'S IN THE BASEMENT. The upstairs is VERY noisy, a cleaning company is up there cleaning something maybe rugs or??? And it's LOUD, which gets old. Also smells like puppy, not sure if it's urine or wet dog smell but it's always there, like when you rent from a place that accepts doggos.

This review does highlight the quality of our unit at the beginning, but it seems that perhaps the first sentence of our listing was not seen or read. We clearly indicate I’m the very first sentence of the listing that the apartment is a basement unit in a home that now accommodates guests on two distinct levels and we never hesitate to announce this fact when asked. There were two upstairs cleanings during the entire time of this guests stay. We are also perplexed by the comment about a cleaning ompany cleaning rugs. We vacuum and thoroughly mop floors after every guest. We do accept dogs for our stays but there have not been any incidents with any dog waste in the home. Our dog owners have been fantastic and respectful with their pets. We will be reanalyzing our cleaning products for any residual smells that may give off a mistakable scent. We hope this clarifies any concerns one may have after reading this guest’s review, who never once mentioned any of these issues during their two week stay. Again, this review is most incongruent with his voiced satisfaction with the home to our concierge …

Great until the last night

This residence worked really well. The owner was friendly and helpful when I needed help. I planned to give a 5 star exceptional review until the last night. The gals the cleaned the upper duplex the day before spent the night in that upper duplex. I was in the lower level unit. The dog, the loud party sounds cost me a night's sleep before a full day of travel after checking out. Had no idea cleaning staff could spend a night in an empty VRBO duplex for a night and become a problem for guests in the lower unit. Rough last night.

A Comfortable and Convenient Stay

We were so happy with our rental in Cheyenne, WY. Our host thought of everything and we didn't want for anything. Everything was clean, organized and the host was available if we needed anything. I highly recommend this rental. Thank you, Ketan! If ever in WY again, we will be back.
