You have an indirect view of the Gulf of Mexico from your own private balcony. Living room has a 50 inch 4K Smart TV. There is Queen size bed and bunk beds in the upstairs (loft style, but private) bedroom with a Smart tv and a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Our unit provides a fully stocked kitchen , breakfast bar with three stools, which saves room and enhances the experience. Unit also contains a FULL size washer and dryer. We also have 5GHz WIFI.

Parking (maximum of two cars for 1 bedroom units), is $35 per car payable to the guard at gate upon arrival for length of stay. Credit Cards or exact cash is accepted. One parking pass per unit during HOLIDAY STAY.

We manage our own unit and we are easily accessible. You will not have to deal with a management company, you will communicate with us, the owners.
