Notre adhĂ©sion au Club Premier permet Ă  nos clients de profiter de tous les services et commoditĂ©s de Punta Mita, notamment les parcours de golf Signature Jack Nicklaus, les clubs de plage Resort, le club de plage St Regis, les restaurants, les courts de tennis et les installations de gymnastique. 

Les tarifs incluent un cuisinier à temps plein (Susana) et une femme de ménage / blanchisseuse à temps plein (Rebecca) - les deux travaillent 8 heures par jour, 7 jours par semaine.

Cette maison de vacances exquise de 3950 PCS est l’un des condos les plus luxueux, bien amĂ©nagĂ©s et impeccables en bord de mer Ă  Punta Mita; adjacent au 7Ăšme fairway du parcours de golf Jack Nicklaus Signature. Vous aurez une vue non obstruĂ©e de chaque fenĂȘtre. Depuis le grand patio et la chambre principale, vous verrez la vaste Ă©tendue de l'ocĂ©an et notre piscine en contrebas sur la plage. La nuit, les lumiĂšres de la ville de Puerto Vallarta sont visibles et la lune scintille sur l'ocĂ©an.

Comme notre condo est l'un des rares situés directement sur la plage, votre vue sur l'océan et les montagnes ne sont pas obstruées. Tous les condos situés derriÚre notre maison ont une vue limitée qui est obstruée ou au-dessus des toits du bùtiment en front de mer situé devant eux - bùtiments 1 à 4. Nous sommes dans le bùtiment 2.

Les enfants apprĂ©cieront d'ĂȘtre directement sur la plage. Vous apprĂ©cierez la sĂ©curitĂ© de pouvoir regarder vos enfants sur la plage depuis notre grand patio.

Il y a seulement 1 condo dans chaque immeuble avec un grand patio aussi grand et privé que le nÎtre - sans vue sur les autres condos et / ou autres condos donnant sur votre terrasse - NE FAITES PAS L'erreur de rester quelque part avec d'autres personnes regardant directement dans votre Grand patio et autres piÚces. Just returned from an incredible week in beautifulPunta Mita! Michael’s wonderful condo in Hacienda de Mita was perfect for our gathering and lovely Susanna was absolutely amazing - cooking the most delicious breakfasts for us every morning, keeping everything tidy and helping with laundry- what a treat!!! We enjoyed the pools, beach clubs, golf and peaceful veranda overlooking the beach. The concierge service was exemplary with Isabel and Abraham helping us before and during our stay. A truly amazing stay in paradise!!

Found Our New “Maui”

This is a hidden gem in Punta Mita. From the beachfront access to the comforts of the apartment and the easy access into town- it was ideal. The staff (Isabella and Rosina) makes all the difference- as it was very easy to plan for the stay and Susana was amazing at making us feel welcomed as well as making amazing meals for us each day. We will be coming back once again and staying here be it with a group but most likely just my wife and I as its that peaceful.

The unit was immaculate and everyone was so helpful. The views were great and being on the waterfront near the gates to town was the best. This trip to PM was our second, and each time we learn more about the area. The wonderful concierge arranged in room massages as well as paddle boards at the beach club for us. We really enjoyed our stay here. The views were incredible. Every morning we had a beautiful sunrise. Suzanna’s cooking (and Gema for one day) was better than most of the items we ordered at the restaurants. Her cheesecake is delicious! And she kept the place nice and clean. Thank goodness for the air conditioning. It worked really well and kept us cool. The pool is mostly about 4’ tall so even people who didn’t know how to swim felt comfortable going in to cool down from the hot weather. The only thing where we felt misled was that the posting said we had access to the Four Seasons and St. Regis “amenities.” Yes, it is accessible via the roads with the golf cart, but no, you CANNOT use their pools (which I consider an amenity). You can only go into the Four Seasons if you have a reservation at one of their restaurants. The concierge was very helpful. We had one snafu but they did their best to rectify the issue. Overall, a good time was had by all and a lot of it was because of the condo and Suzanna!

Why HDM Manager chose Punta Mita
The Owners traveled to Punta Mita in 2003 with no intention of purchasing property. After staying in Punta Mita for 2 years they were absolutely in love with everything this place has to offer. They love the culture, shopping, and restaurants in the beachfront town outside the gates, but we love the privacy and security within the Punta Mita community. We loved being able to get anywhere we needed to be using a golf cart, and seeing newborn whales was a huge bonus!

What makes this villa unique
We looked at all the Beachfront units available in Punta Mita before deciding upon this unique property. We did not want a Penthouse, as their Grand patios are 40% smaller than our condo and your view of the pool & beach is not good. Because this condo is on the Ocean high up your views are unmatched. At first you are so mesmerized by the beautiful pool/beach view & the ocean for miles and miles with no front row condos in front of you. Because of the orientation of our unit, you can also see the entire bay which includes the beautiful Sierra Madre mountains and the lights of Puerto Vallarta at night. This unit is the most private in Hacienda de Mita because you are front row on the ocean. Almost every other unit (including every Penthouse unit, EXCEPT Beachfront units) looks into a parking garage and/or another building in front of you. We DO NOT need to keep windows closed for privacy!

Loved this trip. The beach was gorgeous and the rental was top of the line. The greatest part of the trip was the attention to detail that was provided by the staff. After staying in Punta Mita for 2 years they were absolutely in love with everything this place had to offer. They love the culture, shopping, and restaurants in the beachfront town outside the gates, but we love the privacy and security within the Punta Mita community. We loved being able to get anywhere we needed to be using a golf cart, and seeing newborn whales was a huge bonus!

We looked at all the Beachfront units available in Punta Mita before deciding upon this unique property. We did not want a Penthouse, as their Grand patios are 40% smaller than our condo and your view of the pool & beach is not good. Because this condo is on the Ocean high up your views are unmatched. At first you are so mesmerized by the beautiful pool/beach view & the ocean for miles and miles with no front row condos in front of you. Because of the orientation of our unit, you can also see the entire bay which includes the beautiful Sierra Madre mountains and the lights of Puerto Vallarta at night. This unit is the most private in Hacienda de Mita because you are front row on the ocean. Almost every other unit (including every Penthouse unit, EXCEPT Beachfront units) looks into a parking garage and/or another building in front of you. We DO NOT need to keep windows closed for privacy!
