Highly recommend the Shevlin house. Communication and service with Arrived was excellent. The house was very well-equipped and fresh and clean. Everything was better than expected and as shown in the photos. Very spacious and comfortable for our large family. All bedrooms are upstairs. Back deck and yard is lovely and the hot tub was a treat. We want to come back again.

We had a great stay - loved the house and the neighborhood. Easy to get to trails and to our favorite parts of town. Our only issue was with the WiFi which had a bad incoming signal, but the Arrived team had people out to address it immediately, and the issue was fully resolved so it won't be an issue for any future visitors.

Perfect weekend getaway!

My friends and I visited for a long weekend and were so impressed with both the property and the property manager! The house was gorgeous, clean and stocked with everything we needed. The manager made sure to check in with us about anything that we needed and was extremely quick with communication. We will definitely be back sometime!

House was great. Very clean, nice beds, furniture etc. very comfortable.Several issues. The front door lock was not functional and we needed to exit the back door. However the back door was difficult to close and lock.

Beautiful Home!

We had an amazing time. The house and neighborhood was immaculate. There was plenty of room for our group of 7. Tons of towels, lots of supplies in the kitchen. Great coffee maker and appliances. The furniture and beds were clean and comfortable. The backyard was well-kept, and the hot tub was clean and HOT. The sweet touches like folded blankets across the beds and little stamps on the tissue paper corners made it extra fun. Had a great time and would absolutely recommend this host.

Family Gathering

Great location and plenty of space!

This house is in a very walkable neighborhood with lot’s of family houses. The rooms were spacious and gave us plenty of options for the kids to play. Nice to have access to a garage and the kitchen had everything we needed to make meals at home!

Perfect stay in Bend!

House was perfect! Extremely spacious yet cozy at the same time! House has all neccesary ammendities, it was perfect for family dinner! House was spotlessly clean and smelt good. Check in was a breeze and host was very gracious and easy to communicate with. Would highly reccomend!

Wedding weekend

The house was perfect for our family that needed a place for 10 of us. It was very close to the wedding venue at Aspen Hall. Everyone had plenty of room in the house and the backyard was nice for gathering too.

Lovely house in a suburban neighborhood

Lovely house in a suburban neighborhood - well appointed. Lots of room for everyone and good for our multi generational family trip. Be aware that this is in a neighborhood and not a party house (although the hot tub was nice and ready to go). Very good communication with the host/owner. Fairly easy drive to Mt. Bachelor, High Desert Museum, Wanoga Snow Play Area, Redmond Airport. Would have liked more hard copy information on area, but WiFi was great and easy to get connected. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent home for a quiet getaway

We had an excellent time at this property! I wish we would’ve know that there were strict quiet hours starting at 9pm compared to the city mandate of 10pm as this was an issue one night while we were outside until 9:30pm. There was quick communication with the property host and all was clarified easily and respectfully. Would recommend for anyone as long as you are ok with the quiet hours!

Allergy Free and So Comfortable

We picked this listing because it was no pets. I have severe pet allergies and this house was so clean and free of any pet dander. I walked around barefoot and did not have ANY reaction. Such a beautiful, roomy and well stocked house. The hot tub was great and the backyard was in the shade and very quiet. Great stay, we will definitely return!

Wonderful home but nasty neighbors

Everything was really great except for the neighbors. They complained that we were in the hot tub 20 minutes past 10pm. We were not loud or playing music. It’s truly unfortunate that the neighbors are ruining the guest experience. Lovely place otherwise.

Amazing house!

Heads up! The rental agreement contract comes via email from another company, not Vrbo so I missed the email and had a harder time checking in, my bad though. Other than that, the house was perfect for 7 of us, all adults. There was a bed for everyone (I’m 5’7 and was able to sit upright on the top bunk). Plenty of seats and parking! The hot tub was a huge hit, especially with snow on the ground! Enough bathrooms and space for 7 females to get ready together! The house was stocked with games, tvs, and toiletries which was a blessing! The location was beautiful and we had no issues with the neighbors unlike other reviews. We would definitely stay here again!
