New owner and new to the rental market!!! March 2024 update.. we just replaced all the carpet in the bedrooms and painted the entire unit! Come see why this 3BR is one of the best at Phoenix West!



Keyless entry door lock..no keeping up with any keys during your stay!!



Our condo is perfectly situated on the 17th floor directly overlooking the pools, lazy river and beautiful ocean! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the private balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1,950 sq ft the unit is very spacious and newly furnished.



Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix West condo: the unit is appointed with a custom kitchen, exquisite granite, full-size new appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 75” flat screen SMART TV in living room and a flat screen 50" SMART TV in the master and a 43" SMART TV in the 2nd bedroom and 3rd bedroom, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. All kitchen appliances including a coffee maker and blender. The master and 2nd bedroom each have a King size bed, while the 3rd bedroom has two Queen size beds for sleeping up to 8.



There is a lazy river, water slide, outdoor pool with a fenced-in kiddy pool, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center, 4 saunas and roof-top tennis courts.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $52 per vehicle. Any 3br unit you rent at Phoenix West guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect to be able to purchase an extra pass during the summer season.

All furniture was very nice and comfortable, and good size TVs in every room was great. The management team was easy to work with and made the whole experience smooth and memorable. I would HIGHLY recommend this property and specifically this unit. We'll be back to the area again, and I know exactly where we are staying.

Incredibly spacious with 4 full baths. For my group of lady friends, this was a wonderful perk! Garage parking added safety and convenience. Loved this condo—will do this again.
