Notre condo est parfaitement situĂ© au 5Ăšme Ă©tage donnant directement sur les piscines extĂ©rieures de Phoenix West. Évitez les ascenseurs et garez-vous directement Ă  cet Ă©tage. Nous avons Ă©galement une serrure de porte d'entrĂ©e sans clĂ© afin que vous n'ayez pas Ă  garder les clĂ©s pendant votre sĂ©jour! Vous pouvez profiter d'une vue spectaculaire sur le golfe depuis le balcon ou par les fenĂȘtres du sol au plafond de l'unitĂ©. Avec plus de 1,950 pieds carrĂ©s, l'unitĂ© est trĂšs spacieuse, nouvellement meublĂ©e et nouvelle sur le marchĂ© de la location!



Les commodités sont nombreuses dans ce condo de Phoenix West: l'unité est équipée d'appareils de grande taille, d'un bar avec machine à glaçons, d'un téléviseur HD à écran plat 55 pouces dans le salon et d'un téléviseur à écran plat 42 "haute définition dans la chambre principale et la deuxiÚme TVHD dans la 3Úme chambre, buanderie avec laveuse et sécheuse. Il y a un trÚs grand lit dans la chambre principale, deux lits Queen dans la 2Úme chambre et deux lits Queen dans la 3Úme chambre. Ces lits ont été installés neufs à l'été 2016! Nous avons également installé un nouveau canapé d'angle dans le salon qui peut faire office de lit queen-size si vous avez besoin d'un lit d'appoint.



Il y a une riviÚre paresseuse, un toboggan aquatique, une piscine extérieure avec une pataugeoire clÎturée, une piscine intérieure chauffée, deux jacuzzis, un centre de remise en forme ultramoderne, 4 saunas et des courts de tennis sur le toit.



Il y a une limite d'ùge minimum de 25 ans pour réserver l'unité qui sera appliquée sans remboursement pour violation.

Wonderful vacation

The condo was so beautiful, nice and clean the pool and beach was so easy to get to. When you have kids it is greatly appreciated to be able to go to the pool and beach hassle free. We definitely look forward to vacationing here again

Very aggravating to try to complete this review. Have to continue to answer this and over and over

Condo was excellent for our family. Great time and great stay. Only downside is trying to use the elevator. We used the stairs most often and stayed ahead of those trying to use the elevator. Also, since we didn’t book through Brett-Robinson we were not eligible to purchase an overflow parking pass. People that booked through Phoenix weren’t able to get one.

Both of our children had their own rooms and bathrooms, which was a huge plus for us. The master bedroom and bathroom were very roomy and comfortable. We did have a couple of items that needed repaired. We told the front desk but unfortunately, they were not fixed during our stay. We needed a new bulb for the master bath toilet area and the microwave did not have the glass plate so we were not able to use the microwave. It would have been nice to have had those items fixed during our stay. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay in this condo. The balcony was so nice to enjoy our breakfast and to view the sunsets.

There were huge dips in the beds, so much so that we had to sleep with our heads at the foot of the beds. The mattresses on all the beds and the two living room chairs are in dire need to be replaced. They are in really bad shape. The condos appearance when arriving was it was very clean but after walking on the floors barefoot for about 10 minutes your feet were black. Other than the floor being dirty the rest of it was great. This was our second year staying in this unit and we love it. Hoping there will be updates made so we can book the same unit next year for our girls trip.

In the Master Bath, there was a horrible high-pitched humming sound in the ceiling. We believe it was coming from the condo above, maybe their HVAC system because it would be mostly on, but sometimes quiet. We had to keep the bathroom fan running & door shut to try to drown it out. Otherwise, the condo was perfect for our family. Management didn’t check wristbands all week, then on Friday morning as I was going to put chairs out, a very rude older man would not let me enter the pool area w/o my band. I said it’s one thing to say no, but there’s no need to be rude & he smarted off to me again. Ironically when I came back down with my wristband, no one was monitoring the gate for the remainder of the day. 😂 They decided to maintenance elevators during the peak use time (4 elevators for 27 floors) which created long wait times. Without those 2 negatives, all would have been 5 stars.

Excellent property

We have stayed at Phoenix West many times. The properties are fabulous! The only thing I can “complain” about is the balcony tile evidently needs to be cleaned. We had black crud on our feet each time we came back inside.

After walking around barefoot in the condo our feet were literally black with grime. Everything else was great and no other cleanliness issues. Condo is spacious and has all the comforts of home. The grandkids loved the water slide and the beach was great!
