Whether you need to jump on a Zoom call, upload your Insta-worthy pictures, catch up on your favourite YouTube channel, or cheer on your team there will be no interruptions. Also has a 55” SmartTV where you can log into any streaming service you wish.
Whether you prefer playing in the sand at the beach or sun tanning at the pool (or both), this destination has it all. We highly recommend planning to watch the sunset from either the hot tub after a day of hiking, skiing or skating or pouring yourself a drink and taking in the sunset with the family from the cozy lounge area on the condo’s expansive balcony.
Kitchen When you’re away with the family, a great kitchen is always a must, and in this kitchen, you will not be disappointed. Go ahead, cook your favourite dish or try something new in the pristine kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances, and everything you need to get the job done with ease.

Parking You’ll also have your own designated underground parking spot, offering you another level of convenience, guaranteeing you won’t have to spend time searching for visitor or street parking. However, if you have more than one vehicle, there is plenty of additional parking.

Voted the friendliest place in Canada, Radium offers peace, beauty and adventure. You can hear birds singing with the softest echoes, at all times of the day. There are 5 golf courses within a 15-minute drive. The world-famous Radium hot springs are only a 5-minute drive. If you want to recharge and relax look no further!
You won`t need a car in this part of town to get to stores and shops. If you enjoy going for walks then simply walk out the front door and you will fall in love with the area. If you want to go to the hot springs then a car is definitely recommended.
**Please note that local bylaws are very strict on a maximum of 4 adults in this unit.**
CONSUMABLES Please note that we provide a starter supply of consumables (toilet paper, paper towel, coffee etc.) but do not provide refills during the stay.
FAQ
How do check-in and check-out work? We’ve made this completely seamless for you. Upon booking, you will receive our welcome email with all the information you’ll need for a contactless check-in and check-out. Once you’ve arrived and entered the condo, you will find a tablet with all the additional information you’ll need and be able to contact us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Is the pool open? The pool is open from May - September long (weather permitting.) The hot tub is also open and operates all year round.
Is parking included? Yes. As mentioned above, there is a FREE underground parking space included with the rental of the condo. You will also have access to visitor parking as well as street parking if you have more than one car or guests visiting.

HOUSE RULES: 1. Quiet Hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is a noise monitor in the unit that will test decibels throughout the day.
2. Neither parties nor events will be permitted on the property. The maximum occupancy for this unit cannot exceed more than 4 adults & 2 kids.
3. There is no smoking permitted on the property including vapes. Any proof of smoking will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal.
4. No pets of any kind are allowed on this property.
5. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest.
6. Please know that there is no lifeguard on duty at the pool area. Kids under the age of 14 are required to be accompanied by an adult at all times. We also ask that you please refrain from bringing glass on the pool deck.
