Spacious 4 bedroom, 2 bath house that is minutes away from OU Medical, Paseo District, and Midtown.

A private two floor home within HOA controlled private park behind home.

4 bedrooms with private closets, open kitchen/dining/living area.

Washer+dryer+detergent included. Extra bedding+pillows+towels.

A fully stocked kitchen with a Keurig, pots, pans, silverware, cups, dishes and baking utensils.

Smart TVs

Home has a 2 car garage with extra parking in 2 car driveway.

We are available when needed but, like to give our guests privacy.

Cost effective option with quick access to the interstate and centrally located. Really appreciated that 2 cars could easily fit in the garage, as most VRBOs keep the garages locked. Very clean as well.

This is the perfect house for a large group The house was clean and had enough space for everyone. Not to far off interstate and nice eating places The host was very accommodating my family will be staying with them again

Wonderful, clean, cozy place!

Loved this cute cozy house! My family all stayed here for Thanksgiving! Beautiful house and excellent management! The only thing I’d say is the location wasn’t the best.

Property and Location was great but they definately need new mattresses - extremely hard beds. But the property was great otherwise.

Thank you for the feedback. You are definitely in the minority on the mattress. We use one of the top rated memory foam mattress and have had tremendous feedback from past guests. Have had a few even request where to purchase it at.

Last min booking

The property owner was amazing with my last minute booking and was completely understanding. We had a family emergency and wasn’t thinking straight and they were so sweet with it all. I would recommend them a 100%!!

Home was fine. Location not for us.

It does sleep 12 comfortably, but there isn’t seating at the dinner table or living room for 12 people, not even for our family of nine. We brought a card table so that helped us to be able to eat Thanksgiving dinner together.

Jeremy is a stand up guy and helped me with my error. I put the wrong dates and he helped me by switching the dates to the correct one. Great communication and highly recommend this gentleman and his properties!

Comfortable 4 with private gated park with play structure

Our family gathered for my son’s graduation in Norman and needed a house large enough for 9. The location was farther from OU than we wanted, but excellent for those wanting to enjoy BrickTown and sporting events downtown. Our 3 year old grandson joined and we had such fun at the lovely tree filled common area with play structure. It even has a small basketball court. This location worked great for our extended family to just relax, cook, and enjoy one another. Jeremy is very attentive and even granted a later check out to meet our needs.
