Arizona Sunny Retreat!!

Relax with the family at this peaceful place to stay. Two community pools with a splashpad access just minutes away. The two bed sleeps 4 and does have pack and play for small child, highchair available as well. Pets are welcome upon approval. Quiet community with close access to shopping, freeway, downtown, hiking and our great local food. Tons of walking and hiking trails close. Outlet mall within a 5 min drive from home. Pools are heated and have Spa in community less than a mile away (Available from March to December 1st) If stay is close please check with host on status.

Great location!

Visiting parents in Dell Webb and this was the perfect location. House was clean and well stocked. Would definitely stay here again!

Arizona Sunny Retreat was a great spot within a short drive of our first grandchild. The house was very clean and the neighborhood very quiet. Christina was super responsive to questions about the community pool times and the location is close to lots of great restaurants. Would definitely stay again if the stars align.

Just Like Being At Home!

House was clean, well stocked, in a quiet neighborhood, convenient to grocery store and restaurants. Beds were very comfortable and everything was great for our small family to gather for some family time. The home even has a garage that is available to use! Host was very responsive and awesome to work with! We’ll be back!

I couldn’t rave about this house enough!!!! It felt so comfortable and welcoming from the minute I walked in the door. The home has everything you could need. It was clean, quiet and the layout was perfect. They really did think of everything here and I would stay here again and again!!

Nice, clean, quiet home.

Property is close to the interstate. If going north or west there was little traffic to deal with. Quiet neighborhood. The owner was easy to communicate with. The two bedrooms were on opposite ends of the house which worked great for us. One suggestion- you might want to add tea towels and wash cloths. Everything else was provided.

ELEVATED VALUE

This particular property provides an elevated value for all that is provided along with the great location! Close to all the services needed, as well as a plethora of natural beauty including the El Rio Preserve just minutes away. Comparative to hotels in the area, no question where I would book!! The space is nicely laid out with thoughtful decor, comfortable common space, and a private and serene backyard great for taking in the fresh air with a little quiet time or enjoying BBQing and al fresco dining under the covered patio. Communication with the property contact was great and reflected that they are clearly committed to ensuring everyone enjoys their experience! I highly recommend considering this property for your next travels to Marana/Tucson, AZ -- I know I will be back! Happy Trails... ~Gina

Winter Stay in Tucson

Comfortable and clean. Had to call for a garage door opener. Owner was responsive. Cleaning, laundry and paper products were not sufficient for a month long stay. Blinds on slider need to be replaced. Kitchen outlet by the toaster is broken and needs to be repaired. Also need window covering for the master bathroom.We specifically chose this place because it advertised as no pets allowed. When we got there the instruction book said that they love pets; just clean up after them. This needs to be clarified for those of us who like no pet accommodations.
