Amazing weekend getaway

This place is awesome! 8 adults with plenty of space to spread out. Very clean and nicely decorated. The pool and hot tub was a hit! Beds all nice and comfortable. Will definitely stay again.

The place was decent but we had some issues. Seems like we were the first guests of the season and the air conditioning on the main level was broken. I reported this on check-in but it didn't get fixed during our stay and it wasn't until 3 days into our 4 night stay that they brought us a window unit after I pointed out that we had a toddler. Made sleeping at night quite uncomfortable on the main floor.Also the projector was virtually useless since the wifi didn't reach far enough. While technically connected to the wifi, it was too far away and we could t watch anything without constant buffering.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that your stay was not as seamless as we want every guest experience to be. When you let us know there was an issue with the main-level A/C, we sent an HVAC technician right away. A part had to be ordered, and while we were waiting on that repair, we provided a portable A/C unit for the remainder of your stay. We also would have been happy to help with alternate sleeping arrangements, as the home has multiple bedrooms available. We wish we had known during your stay about the projector streaming issue, as this is usually resolved quickly by rebooting the Wi-Fi extender, which is included in the projector instructions. Since your stay, we have confirmed the setup is working properly. We always appreciate the opportunity to respond quickly when a concern is brought to our attention, and we will continue using guest feedback to improve the experience for future stays.

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was beautiful, spotless, and thoughtfully designed, with an amazing view that made every morning feel like a retreat. We really appreciated the extra touches that made our visit even more comfortable—especially the sleeper and highchair, which were perfect for our family. Beautiful Cabin!

This house exceeded our expectations by miles! This is our 4th visit to Pigeon Forge and this was by far my favorite home. The indoor pool and game room were perfect for the kids. The porch and hot tub were so relaxing for the adults. Kitchen fully stocked beyond what I’ve seen before. Floor plan was so accommodating and the primary bedroom is chefs kiss. Owner was super attentive. The drive up was also easy peasy!

GREAT CABIN FOR FAMILY

We spent a few days at Smoky Waters Lodge over spring break and had a GREAT visit! the cabin is exactly as presented in the listing. Everything was clean, organized, and no extra clutter in the house! It felt like a little retreat in the midst of the mountains. The cabin is only about a 15-20 minute drive from all of the events and activities you may want to do in the area. The distance was enough to let you feel like you were away from it all, but close enough to enjoy the things that you may want to enjoy. Our kids loved the indoor pool and hot tub. This was a great amenity for a relaxing evening after a full day. If we came back to the area, we would definitely use this cabin again.

The BEST place we’ve ever stayed, hands down!!

Every single detail about this property far exceeded our expectations. Our two families (3 adults and 6 kids) had more than enough room to spread out and find peace and quiet when needed. The kids spent almost the entire stay in the indoor pool and kept entertained with the games and pool table. The adults enjoyed the gorgeous views of the mountains in the mornings and evenings on the upper deck in the rocking chairs. Everyone relaxed in the hot tub, which was very clean as it was just drained and filled with fresh water just before our stay. The pavilion and outdoor fireplace were amazing and enjoyed by all every evening! The hosts were very responsive and kept open communication from pre-booking through check-out. They take great pride in their home and it shows. The beds were very comfortable and there were enough beds with one to spare for both of our families. Four bedrooms with King beds and a bunk room was perfect and the master on the first floor just blew us away. The huge master shower and jetted tub were the chef’s kiss! No detail was spared in this home and everything you could imagine needing was provided. The hosts sent us a list of local grocery stores, restaurants etc., which was very helpful. Very central location!I searched for the perfect place for weeks and I’m so glad I found THIS ONE because it indeed was perfect in every way. We plan on booking in the future; thank you so much for being amazing hosts and sharing your beautiful home with us!

Perfect family cabins for a mountain getaway!

Our family of seven and two grandparents, enjoyed the perfect weekend in this cabin! The beds and pillows were so comfortable! It came fully stocked in the kitchen with all that we needed to cook meals. It wasn't quite warm enough for us to use the outdoor covered movie room, we'll have to do that next time! Kristi was incredibly responsive to any questions we had. I let her know that the toaster was a little broken, and she had a new toaster delivered to the house a couple hours later! (Totally unnecessary but our bagel eating kids definitely appreciated it!)The basement level, with pool, pool table, arcade game, and more, was a definite hit with all of the kids! The Keurig machine has a few pods already there. (And there's a regular coffee pot too.) It was so peaceful to drink coffee on the back deck and watch the sunrise. We were about 15 minutes from all of the touristy action on the parkway, but far enough out to not hear it or deal with the traffic. The twisty mountain roads from the Parkway to the cabin were an adventure! But that's what we expected renting a cabin in the mountains. There is a Walmart fairly close which made a grocery order/pickup super convenient. We are already trying to plan our next trip! We'd be happy to return to this kid friendly, clean, and comfy cabin. If you are looking for a quiet & relaxing place to stay, this property is for you. The cabin was spacious and provided amenities appreciated by our family. For the younger members of our group, the pool and game room kept them entertained. Our not so young members enjoyed the hot tub to soak out our aches and pains. For those who enjoy piece and quiet, the pavilion area and decks provided a place to relax, read and enjoy the scenery. Our multiple foodies enjoyed the well equiped and well designed kitchen layout and their efforts were enjoyed by all in the ample dining area. Internet bandwidth supported all of our needs including streaming and gaming. Most importantly to all of us were the beds were comfortable and there never was a traffic jam waiting for a bathroom.

This property is newly furnished and top notch. Play in the indoor swimming pool or recharge in the hot tub on the lower deck. Step outside to the covered pavilion for a romantic evening by the propane gas fireplace (propane provided) and catch a movie on the drop down movie screen. Plenty of room to spread out, plenty of games and entertainment when you need to relax and rest. This home has the primary bedroom on the main floor with the family room, kitchen and dining inside and out. Upstairs are 4 bedrooms, with shared bathroom in the middle of the pairs.
