The space
This is a good size fully furnished studio apartment with private entrance. Has full kitchen, bath and refrigerator. Also has a smart TV with Netflix, there is also coffee maker in the apartment. It is central AC but shared by other 3 units in the building. Cold or Heat temperature is set to between 69-65 degree. if you get hot or cold then we have to use window AC or Portable heater as everyone has their own temperature settings that they like. Other things to note
When parking your car do not block the garage. Always park facing the fence so it is easier for others to get in and out.
