This Comfy cabin boast's many Pine & Oak Trees. Main Cabin is a 2 Bedroom 2 Bath ( 1 King bed 1 Queen Bed) additional Sleeper Sofa MAX 6.
Bunkhouse max guest is 4.
This cabin also has a spectacular Bunkhouse with a King bed 2 Bunks , full bathroom with shower, fireplace, big screen TV , WIFI. Bunkhouse is available for small additional rate of $35.00 per night. ( Bunkhouse is not included in the main cabin rate ). WiFi does extend to the Bunkhouse.



Bunkhouse also has a small refrigerator and a Kcup coffee maker

Relaxing front deck with rocking chairs, fenced backyard for your furry friends to roam free ( Dog's Only /$30 pet fee, per Dog , 2 Dog maximum) , a campsite feel backyard with a fire pit, picnic table and chairs and also a BBQ.
Also being in the Mountains, there are natures insects and animals in the area so stay alert.

It is 5 minutes from Rainbow Lake boat ramp.
Home is 10 minutes to shopping and restaurant's .

Our family stayed 5 days over New Years. While we were hoping this would be a ski trip and the amount of snow on Sunrise wasn’t worth the tickets, our stay at this property was exactly what we needed. It proved to be a cozy space for our group of 3 adults in the main house and 3 kids in the bunkhouse. We made great memories having our dogs along with us for walks and a hike at Big Spring, enjoyed the fire pit for smores, and played endless board games. Ron is a great property manager - very responsive and helpful when VRBO didn’t initiate check-in/check-out details and when there was a minor concern with trash pick-up. The home is clean and fully stocked in kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms. We’d stay again any season of the year!

Condo is in a great area near the lake and completely fenced in which our dogs absolutely loved. Very close to town and all activities and restaurants. The condo has everything you can imagine as far as making your stay more comfortable. Ron was very responsive and easy to work with. Really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay in cooler weather at this cozy home. Our dogs loved how much they could run around and be outside. The fenced yard gave us peace of mind as well. The home had everything you could need. It definitely was pet-friendly but the humans loved the comfortable bed and surroundings as well. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We were at the cabin for 8 weeks. It was wonderful. Our dog loved the huge fenced in property. The covered porch allowed us to sit in rocking chairs and watch the rainstorms and hear the wind in the pines. The cabin was clean and offered every amenity you would find in your own home.Our host was so helpful when a health issue happened. He was attentive to every need. We appreciate his communication with us. Our friends used the bunkhouse for 3 nights. The bunkhouse was a nice perk.Overall, we had a wonderfull summer.

Great mountain getaway

We stayed here for the weekend and rented a kayak at the lake. The home itself was great. The backyard was inviting and a cozy hangout to have a fire and play games

Second stay!

My family, parents, and sister all stayed here for the second time and it’s just a perfect place! We rented the bunkhouse as well which is so cute and perfect for my husband and I and our two kids as it has a double bunk bed in it as well! We will be back again!

Always great.

This was our third time staying at the cabin. Ron is a great host and the cabin is always clean and comfortable. Dogs love the freedom of the fenced yard. We will definetly be back.

New years staycation!

My family and I stayed both in the main house and the bunkhouse. Everything was so wonderful and comfy! The owners were amazing and very communicative. They even accommodated two extra pets. Will be recommending to anyone who will listen!

Christmas In The Pines

This was our first Christmas together as a family in over 5 years (more like 10) and the property owners, Ron & and his wife made it a true blessing. We were welcomed with holiday decorations and a Christmas tree decorated to make this a true home away from home. The house came with all the essentials which made cooking and baking a breeze. Plenty of towels, pillows and blankets for everyone to sleep cozy and lots of room for this big family to fit comfortably. We even had a basket of treats waiting for us to snack on while we unpacked. Ron was available at all times and quick to respond to answer any questions. We really were so thankful for this time and stay. We hope to visit again soon!! Thank you thank you for making it extra special for us all!

rental property

property is nice. upon entry we found that the fold out sleeper had not been cleaned in quite a long time as there was a layer of dust under the cushions. the host said that it in fact had been cleaned and acted as if we were being picky. i took pictures as proof. he did send out his cleaning crew to take care of the problem but not after suggesting we go to a hotel instead. the rest of our stay was acceptable.

Nice stay in Pinetop

Ron is a great host the house has everything you need. It is on a big property that is gated. The beds are really comfortable. I would highly recommend staying here

Great Place for Dogs and Small Children

I would not have necessarily picked this Vacation spot based on the photos, but I read several of the reviews and they were very positive. I now know why. I highly recommend this place. The Lake is only visible with a 3 minute walk. To actually access the Lake is a 5 Minute Drive. Not a big deal though.

Beautiful little cabin

Not sure where to start, everything about the property was amazing great location beautiful inside and out. The only complaints our family had was we didn't have enough time to spend there. Would definitely book the property again and stay there again.recommend.

Lovely Cabin

We had to cut our stay short due to my illness but the stay was wonderful. They fenced yard was a joy for our dog, Maggie. She spent most of her day outside! We really enjoyed our stay there. It was well set up and easy to get on the wifi. I would definitely book again.
