● Location: Sea Isle beach community of Galveston, Texas

● Beach Access: Less than a minute drive to the Sea Isle beach access point.

● Private Pool: Cowboy Pools text to copy: We have a Cowboy soaking pool on the ground level that can comfortably fit up to 8 people when it`s time to relax and cool off.

● Community Amenities: Guests have access to the Sea Isle community pool for a fee— open Memorial Day thru Labor Day— and the community boat launch and fishing pier with the provided keys.

● Rent Beach Box: Beach gear rentals are available! Ask us for details and rates.

● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps.

● Pet Policy: 3 pets are allowed with a $25 fee per pet. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and crate them if left alone indoors.

● Large Groups: We love hosting church groups and large family gatherings, however groups over the size of 16 guests must be approved prior to booking.

● Parking: There is room for up to 6 cars on the driveway.

That fantastic deck overlooking the beach is just the beginning at Sea Esta! This spacious home offers multiple living areas, perfect for both family gatherings and quiet escapes. Whether you`re planning a trip with extended family or a getaway with a group of friends, Sea Esta has the perfect room configuration to accommodate everyone comfortably.

On the main floor, you`ll find three bedrooms conveniently located near the living area and kitchen. One features a luxurious king bed, ideal for a restful night`s sleep. Another boasts two queen beds and an ensuite bathroom, perfect for a couple or small family. This room also offers private access to the charming front porch, a great spot for enjoying a cup of coffee and the morning breeze. The third bedroom on this level features a queen bed, ideal for additional guests.

Downstairs, you`ll discover a whole other world of fun at Sea Esta! This spacious retreat boasts a separate living area, perfect for movie nights or game tournaments on the big screen. After a day of building sandcastles, challenge your crew to a friendly competition on the downstairs arcade games. Three more bedrooms await on this level, offering a variety of sleeping arrangements. One features a king bed, while another offers a twin-over-twin bunk bed, a great choice for younger guests. Finally, the third downstairs bedroom boasts a two full-over-full bunk beds, ideal for accommodating larger groups or families with children. With two bathrooms upstairs and one downstairs, everyone will have plenty of space to get ready for a day of fun at the beach or an evening of relaxation by the firepit.

● Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.

● Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.

● Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book.

House Rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Groups larger than 16 need to be approved. We do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
