The master features a king bed and the guest room provides 2 queen sized beds. The sofa in the living room includes a pull out sleeper giving you sleeping room for 8. The kitchen boasts upgraded countertops, custom cabinetry and stainless steel appliances. This is a great house. Convent to everything, This house is a lot better than staying in a condo, you don’t have to wait on an elevator, and you can’t hear your neighbors. The only thing I would change about this house would be softer to have softer mattresses. Over all I give this place a 5/5!

We did a last minute getaway to the beach for the fall and this was wonderful choice. The property was clean, inviting, and had everything we expected. The pool was clean and maintained. The location across the road from the beach was convenient. We would recommend this place. Several other young families were visiting in The neighboring properties gave the experience a family feel.

Cottage was conveniently located near the beach, restaurants and shops. However, it wasn't very clean, there were several cheap repairs throughout the place and other areas that needed repair.

Spring break family getaway

The cottage was in a great location, an easy walk across the street to the beach. There was plenty of space for our group. The beds were comfortable and it was great having 2 1/2 baths as well. There were many great places to eat a short drive away. We also walked the trails at the gulf state park 2 minutes away.

A great place to stay!

This property is so cute and cozy. The swimming pool is directly in front of the condo! The location is amazing and close to everything. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Very nice rental,would definitely stay here again.Great location.Would suggest putting bath mats in the bathrooms and leaving extra trash bags .

Great stay!

We really enjoyed our get away to Orange Beach. The rental property met all of our needs. The home was plenty spacious and clean. The neighborhood is quite and very close to the beach. The pool was right out the front door. We will definitely rent this property again!

Great Stay

Wonderful location, such an easy/quick walk to the beach. Our youngest loved the pool. The beds are comfortable. My only suggestion would be to have a broom for sand. We went and purchased one and swept the house prior to leaving. It will be our beach broom for future beach trips. Thanks for a memorabke vacation!

Great place to stay for a family!

The house was in a great location with the pool right in front and the beach a short walk across the street, restaurants and shopping close as well. The host answered any questions I had about the checking in and out process quickly. My only suggestions I would give is for them to install blinds or blackout curtains in the bedrooms to reduce the light coming in block some of the noise from the traffic. Overall a great place to stay. If we choose to come back to Orange Beach in the future will definitely book again.

Cute home with pool and convenient access to the beach.

This house is cute with easy access to the beach. We loved the pool! One thing this property needs is either blinds or blackout curtains. Street light comes through the currents upstairs at night.

Amazing Location!

We loved our stay in this home! The location is a very short walk to the beach where we spent most of our time. Restaurants and activities are just a few miles away. The home was clean and well stocked. The dishwasher did not work well, and the door lock keypad malfunctioned on our last day. We loved the set up of the home, the pool, and the ease of booking/checking in. The host was extremely responsive and helpful! We would absolutely stay here again!

Orange beach stay

Loved the house and location. The floors were covered in sand and I had to purchase a broom because there was not one available. The dishwasher does not clean the dishes at all and had a terrible odor.

Great house and location; cleaners cut corners

Beautiful house in a very convenient location to the beach. We had 7 people and there was room for everyone. The cleaners didn’t do a thorough job before we arrived. Tons of sand was left under rugs and none of the floors had been mopped or cleaned. Also, if you have more than 3 people staying you will want to bring extra bath towels. They do have a washer but you will be washing towels everyday if you don’t.

Good location and plenty of room

We enjoyed our stay here very much. This place is in a great location and plenty of room for 4 adults and 3 kids. There is a lot of positive accommodations here. Loved that they had children cups, bowls, and plates. The rooms were nice. Beds were comfy. Loved that the washer/dryer is upstairs for easy access. But however there were a few flaws. 1)The upstairs lights in the guest room kept tripping off. 2)The locks on the main doors are extremely lose from the doors itself. This seems very unsafe. 3)The dishwasher water doesn't clean dishes well. We ended up hand washing everything cause at the end of the cycle all the dishes were slimy. 4) The floors on the main floor and steps was very dirty. The floors were not swept well or mopped at all. Our children's feet were black. It would have been nice to have a mop in case of these situations or simply easy clean up through out the week. Like I said, we still enjoyed it here and can see us coming back again.

Perfect place for a getaway!

My family & I stayed at this location for Fall Break. The listing was exactly how it was advertised. The property was very clean & spacious. In reading the feedback from some precious visitors, you could see that those items has been addressed (I.e.: missing dish towel— there was one provided for our stay). It has its own private walkway to the beach which was a plus! I would recommend bringing your own spices/seasonings if you plan to cook. We also weren’t successful with finding live/local news channels, so we brought our Roku stick & that worked very well. Highly recommend- we can’t wait to come back!!!

Village of Tannin

Great location in OB, wonderful village but there were ants, the outside locks were loose , the curtains upstairs weren’t light blocking, a lot of sand under carpet & no vacuum cleaner. Lots of construction going on but overall nice place.

Cute cottage and Great location

We really enjoyed our stay and will be back again! The house was spacious, clean, and very nicely decorated. The easy walk to the beach was perfect. Justine was very sweet, accessible, and a great host to work with. A couple things of note - the bedrooms could use some blinds for privacy and darkening; bring dish towels; and there was no grill - which was our plan for meals. Despite a few minor inconveniences, we would definitely return!
